1990-1994 Engine ECU access.

This guide provides instructions for accessing the engine ECU located on the passenger side, it may apply to later model LS400s but I am unable to verify this.

Not sure why this excellent tutorial by Steve is no longer showing images? Or, is it my Computer.

Thank you for posting this!  I am now attempting this on my 1990 LS.  The glove box is out, but I'm a bit stuck at this step: "From here remove the lower passenger side kick panel containing the foot well light, to remove the light socket twist the bulb holder."  Is this lower panel held by bolts?  Any info is greatly appreciated.
