  1. Awesome!! Definatly put me down for a set please Mr Morse! (Off to get the heat-gun and headlights!) Where do you source all these trick LED bulbs from?
  2. You need to remove the plastic trim where the boot lock is, to so you need to take off the boot trim, half of it anyway which is held in by push in black clip things which are a mare to pull out, then where the boot lock is are 4 8mm bolts, undo these and with a bit of force the trim will pull out from the outside and then you can have access to the holders from...the outside, pull these out and you will then be able to change the bulbs. Its no wonder they didn't publish how to change them cos its a lot of effort for such a little job! Hope this helps.
  3. Won't be to keen on doing all the wiring myself but anyway whats the cost?
  4. These look fantastic! I want some! Will anyone offer to remove my horrid orange filter from my headlights? I'll make it worth their while!!? I have had a go at it but unfortunatly just turned the inside of my headlights into a waterfall! I have new late spec headlights now but just can't bring myself to take them apart!! These look great Mr Morse!
  5. You sound like a very selfish person when it comes to smoking, it would be much easier if everything you didn't need to do at the wheel of a vehicle was banned, drinking, smoking, eating etc but it wouldn't be possible to be policed and would they all have the same penalty! At the end of the day all you can do is follow the law, you can't change it only voice your opinion on it, if you break it face the consequences. But why people want to smoke i'll never know, it makes you stink, makes you ill, harms others around you, especially people who smoke around children, they don't have a choice, nothing worse than seeing a family car with the driver smoking, not only that they cost £5 a pack and even then you get a box which warns you smoking kills before you open it! At least this time next year the ban on smoking will be here! We will this time next year! What a coincidence that as i sit here reading and replying to this subject while watching London Tonight that one report is on the risks of eating behind the wheel!!
  6. Hello, welcome to LOC. I have the same problem with te reversing beep, mine is auto and when i put it in reverse it beeps and tends to go crazy most of the time, can never work it out but just learned to live with it!! Enjoy your Lex!
  7. REALLY! That much! Didn't realise,
  8. Lol! Crazy! I used to be a London bus driver, could of done with that at times!!
  9. Been on there for ages and re-listed a zillion times!! Asked him if he come down on the price and he said yeas he would....to £380! Lol! Thought they were a bit expensive but not sure how over priced they are....Scarface?
  10. I used to talk on my phone whilst driving and if you take notice of yourself you will realise just how much concentration you actually lose and how unaware you become of whats goin on around you, its dangerous i agree but its the same as smoking and drinking or anything else you do at the wheel, but at the same time so is sneezing so there has to be a line drawn somewhere, i haven't got a handsfree but i do usr loudspeaker, don't even know if thats legal but i'm not holding the phone so i assume its the same as using a hands free kit. And it does annoy me when i see people holdong there mobiles while driving especially when there driving like knobs, when you give em a dirty look they give you the V sign as if your in the wrong! Huh!
  11. Gees, your gonna put your new baby in the garage! Sleepless nights aren't that bad!! Lol! Looks real nice mate, on the look out for a house myself, like the layout with the garage, if your havin a barbie and the good ol british weather lets you down you could park the car up in the garden and jump in! Where bouts are you?
  12. Ditto everyone else! Smoked look good but with the dark chrome lights. Personal choice at the end of the day though.
  13. Your car looks very nice indeed Jay m! Just in the process of swapping over to all the late spec lights now myself, just got the dark chrome rears to replace some faulty LEDs which i had on and got the dark spec fronts now too, jus waiting for one dark front fog now! Got all my stuff from ebay for quite good deal, got one front late spec light for £25!! Brand new!! Just gotta keep looking mate, i'm sure your car will look even better once you've got the lights on! Good luck
  14. Mr Singh, What widths are your wheels, the difference front and rear?
  15. Thanks for your input infinity, i get what your sayin but taking the lights apart to check this is a different story! Its just such a bummer that they were so expensive in the first place!
  16. Ok well let me know how you get on. When i got my LEDs i sold my chrome originals, 1 i thought LEDs would last forever as there meant to and 2 i was never keen on the bright chrome clusters on a black car. Anyway, as you said see if you can get them working again but i tried this and got nowhere, why should you have to after shelling out £200+ on them!!
  17. I remember someone on here looking for a white IS but can't recall who? Anyway if that person is still looking or someone else is or your looking for an Altezza there is one here... http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/TOYOTA-ALTEZZA-RS-20...1QQcmdZViewItem
  18. REALLY! Interesting Mars, i still have my reciept from Paypal to confirm payment to him too, under the name of Evil Ride. I was really peed off when i noticed and that was only 3, then after more started to fail so i just took them off and bought some dark late spec rear lights and fitted the pulse bulbs but still would've liked to keep the LEDs on as thats why i spent so much money on them in the first place! I just put it down to a faulty set and accepted it but now i'm not so sure. Not happy like yourself Mars. Anyone else bought these from Scorcher AKA Evil Ride? If so check them to see if there working properly or is it just coincidence both our sets fail in the same way?
  19. Love the E46 M3 droptop, in silver/grey would swap anyday for my IS200!
  20. A.J. Looks neat mate, was it the one where only you bid on it from ebay? Think it was in Southend? Gotta recieve mine yet from ebay seller but no washers!
  21. Ditto that!! Ever since i got my IS2 and found the LOC i've loved Mr Singh's car! So are you seriously selling?? How much?!
  22. this should be a laugh i have no idea who half the people i have picked are!! Same ere! Lol Thought i was the only one!
  23. I bought the IS200 cos i like the way it looks and found it good value for money when i bought it, yes i would love more power but then i could've got a 330ci sport, but as DeckerUK says now i cos there is no choice, would love an IS300 and would swap in an instant but find them hard to come by at a decent price.
