If you ask your dealer nicely they will do full leather as an option, I got my car new from Lexus Park Lane and they had no problem doing a full leather interior.

my first choice is anthracite or gunmetal grey but the wheels i want only come in white or gold:( maybe have to change to get a different wheel

Thinking of getting new wheels for my IS200. The car is Granite Sky and I'm thinking of getting Gold wheels, anyone have any opinions as to how this will look (I'm not sure, thats why I'm still thinking about it).

What does everyone think of the new IS430 in AutoCar this week? It looks much more realistic than the previous IS430. Its aimed at the M3, S4 and S60R. Specs: 4.3L V8 engine from GS / LS 6 speed manual 155 mph 0-60 < 6 secs. 300bhp I know that I won't be changing from the IS200.

i spoke to pipercross at Max Power the other week and they said that they were expecting their kit to be ready in 4 - 6 weeks (that was 2 weeks ago). the kit was going to be for the standard IS200 not for cars with superchargers.

actually maybe it'll be ok, the products i'm looking at are bumpers, bonnets, lights etc. they are from a us store but they are all japanese products (Toms, TRD, TopSecret etc.)

Does anyone know if the UK IS200 and US IS300 are the same dimension? e.g. if I buy a bumper for a US IS300 will it fit on the UK IS200? Same applies to bumpers, lights etc...

no internal upgrades so far although maybe soon. not sure on the h.p. side of things, let you know...

I will be getting my car back mid this week with supercharger plus some other bits so I'll do a 0 - 60 and let you know how it goes, I'm hoping to be sub 6 seconds. If you are after serious power then turbo charging is probably the way to go but the super charger seems the better all round option to me. When I got my IS200 I spent a while trying to decide between S2000 and IS200, although the S2000 has got a great engine package its handling is nowhere near as good. I also like the IS200 since its a bit of a sleeper car, with a small amount of work it can be made to go quick whilst looking pretty standard.

The addition of the Dragger, Hiper Dampers and Cusco struts was another GBP 40 on the years insurance (very reasonable - much better than I thought).

Ferrari 360 Spider with F1 Shift - Great power and handling but gearbox is awful (buy the manual not the F1) Lamborgini Diablo (Audified one!) - Even better power, handling ok but felt a bit like a small bus to drive it since its so big. Drove it in London, definately not practical! Porsche Boxster S - Hired one in Las Vegas, nice car but crappy brakes (almost went through the first set of traffic lights I got to) - could be something to do with American roads though - it was squealing tyres a lot like all cars in America. Jaguar X-Type 3.0 - Hired one last weeked while my car is away, really hated it! Although it is supposed to be a young exec type car like the IS200 the handling was nowhere near as good. Overall power was better but the auto gear box made it feel very laggy like a badly turbo charged car. Lotus Exige with manufacturers 190HP kit - Great handling, very quick but hard work because everything is manual (no power steering, power brakes etc.), would be great as a second car for fun but don't have one on its own!
