makita MXT range 14.4v or 18v all parts are replaceable brushes motor ect ect I have a 14.4v 1 for 3 or so years wicked drill haven't come across anything yet it won't drill through

yeah but the prob is your moan when no one can ID the driver of a hit and run in your stolen car, because it's got tints (it's the extreme I know) it works both ways

Never had any probs with mine (they are standard though) don't feel to bad about it the police in Weymouth(dorset) quite often have a day of pulling the modded motors over and having a good look at the road worthiness of the vechiles (no probs there) heard stories of people having to rip the tint's out as there to dark A friend of mine had an accident. A car went up the back of them, and the back bumper was damaged. The car was still driveable just cosmetic damage the police attended the incident and help secure the damaged bumper to the car so he could drive it home. They then said he would have to remove his tints before he could leave the incident

if you don't need the bolt again or it can be replaced try welding an old socket on to it, if you can get in there let it cool the attach your rachet to it I've done this before when i've had similar probs but this has always been done on machinery that I've had to service my 2pence hope you get it sorted

Wow this is turning into a right weapon Matt wicked stuff never seen a project like this before thanks for sharing it with us mechanical mods a still new to me and it's great to see pics of the parts and the drift machine being built from the bare shell all the way up what are you doing with your old inlet plenum when you make your new 1 or will there be a bit of modding to the old one

Sean if you do go with a different front bumper I would be intrested in the front fogs one of mines had a fight witha stone and lost

any more info on the silver 1 turbo looks like it's been nicked off a lorry and tarted up a bit

aren't some of the parts the same as in the MR2 they both have a 3S-GE lump in them I know there different in there orientation in the car but some parts must be the same or am I wrong

yeah there is a distinct lack of silencers in the system

Don't you just hate those vans we used to have 1 that would hide behind a big road sign at the end of the dual carriageway on the way home back from work last time I saw him he had big yellow flashing lights on top so you couldn't say that you didn't see him I live on the A37 in Dorset which I believe has been testing grounds for some of the new radar guns that the RA2 won't pick up(you know the one that was on the news last year for being able to detect a speeding vechile all most a mile away) gone past a few and my RA2 has never gone off but must admit that I've never update it over the web
