Sports have had a harder life ???? Hmmm maybe, maybe not. IMO if you really really want an IS 200, and you are sure you want to calm down (I don't believe you!!) then the history and condition of the individual car should be your No1, sport or not - these are 'older' cars now so the quality of the individual car should be the object. If you are not sure that a different style of 'performance' car is up your street, then look elsewhere or be prepared to spend cash and time on altering the Lex. Horses for courses, probably the best value around at the moment is the LS400 (V8) cheap as chips, but look away at the petrol pump, and it's not exactly styled like a DB9 ! I prefer the 300, but it's an auto and the power is smooth, rather than 'car park razz'...Good luck!
