  1. na sod it , its too much messing just for 2 rear wheels, my wheels i got now have new rubber on and last time i bought tires they lasted me 5 years :) id like 10 inch rears but not that much, first priority is a refurb place, 80 miles radius of Leeds that does diamond, finding one of these places is going to be a harder challenge than finding 10 inch rears in the first place

  2. if tte have been invited , wonder if they will bring me a set of 10 inches as a good will gesture :)

anyway, i'll be there holding the gs300 bit up again,

cant see me camping this year, going in a sleeping bag and a few crates o beer :)

  3. jeesh , i stick in about 40 ish quid to 1/2 to 3/4 fill up mine, (always top it up when it gets to half ish of a tank) and i get roughly 170 to 190 miles. no idea what mine does to a full tank, never tried it ,

when i bought the car it was empty, so i put in £35.00 (normal cost to nearly fill the supra) and it half filled it, :( i thought about giving the lex back and getting my supra back :)

    glad i didnt though

  4. OK

    update time,

took the old cluster out and put in "new" tacho and speedo needles, i can now see how fast im going and the revs, looks bloody good i can tell ye, plus looking at the old needles, you can see where there, gone

now just to test the water, if i can successfully repair these needles for the mk1 gs300 , how many of you out there have faulty needles and how much would you pay to get them repaired,

  5. Well i finally managed to find a instrument cluster for my 300 arrived this morning all bubble wrapped up, thought this is going to be good, straight swap over .then i can get the needles repaired, BUT NOOOOO bloody wrong type aint it, i didnt know the sport and the normal one had a different cluster, speedo different, mechanical compared to analogue mileage trip, so going to swap needles over soon, lets see if i havnt totally wasted my time

but i know how they connect to the cluster and i know what they look like close up

will post pics if any ones interested,

    Steve
