  1. thank you galla, yes i am deeply in love with my lexus sport. need to get my corroded wheels changed very soon, they have been bad for some time. ← What is it with these Lexus wheels... two of mine are really s**t with the laquer blistering off and ally crumbling beneath!?!?!? Oh and hi Lexlady :winky: Tony.
  2. Because, unlike us IS drivers, GS drivers can look out the window and tell its snowing! ← :winky:
  3. Hmmmmmm... why didn't they put "snow mode" on the Mk1 GS300 Or did they??? Tony.
  4. One for me please Steve :winky: Tony.
  5. fancyplates.com ;) ← Matt, on the site where you design the plate, the bottom text is coming out on the right hand side - yours is in the centre... does it automatically get put in the centre even though it's different on the designer? Also are your plates the honeycombe reflective? Tony.
  6. Nice one Stu... all the best to you both! Tony.
  7. Great idea!!! :winky: :P Tony.
  8. Windscreen (Have we beat the record Steve?)
  9. My eldest is 11, and my youngest is 6 and a half-pint (like his mum!) whom I'm sure would love to sit in your engine bay and have a fiddle! :P Whatever happens though, don't leave the keys in the ignition! A couple of years ago my middle boy was 7 years old - my wife had got the kids ready for school and Connor (middle one) insisted on putting the key in the ignition on my old car - an E34 BMW 535 manual. The car was parked facing down our quite steep driveway, now because the handbrake wasn't very effective we used to leave it in 1st gear. In he jumped, put the key in, then turned it all the way around! Car started and proceeded down the drive, over the road, straight over a pretty mature privit hedge and bouncing off the neighbours house We don't let him any where near the car keys any more! Tony.
  10. Stu, I'm afraid my GS is rather standard, with the exception of eye-lids (nice one Craig). I'd probably win a trophy for "scabby'st rear wheels" though - blistered laquer syndrome Tony. ← Last year there was a trophy for best standard lexus, won by Raz i think, so you could go for that, just get the old spit n polish out and give her a good ol' clean! (whilst you're there, fancy doing mine for me too?!?! :P) Stu ← Mate, I'd really love to... but I'm sure my kids could give you a hand Tony.
  11. Bazza... you havn't met my kids!!! :D ← tony your kids havent met us lot ← :winky: :P

  14. Also looking forward to meeting you guys & gals!
  15. Hi all, I know it's a wee bit early still, but I'm really looking forward to going this year (first time). I know the Peterborough Show Ground well as I've been to plenty of the BMF (British Motorcycle Federation) shows there. I will be taking the family in the GS (obviously!) - wife & 3 kids, so will I park in the public parking, or head into the club part? Also what roughly will the entrance fee be so I can start saving my pennies? My three boys (11, 9 & 6) want to know if there'll be any cars from the Fast & Furious... I said that there will probably be cars there that will look like they're from the film, so they're really looking forward to going too. They've got the X-Box game and only drive the IS300! :P Tony.
