  4. Hi Malissa, not sure if this will work for the Mk2, but it works for the Mk1. Remove the back of the remote and remove the battery (if it's not fixed in the back casing). Sit in the car and hold the lock & unlock buttons at the same time for about 30 seconds - WITHOUT THE BATTERY FITTED. Replace the battery & casing, then press the lock, then unlock bottons seperately. This should have re-programmed it for you :winky: Good luck, Tony.
  5. Been there mate, so I know what your going through with exactly the same attitude - just wanted to jump BUT like the others have said... be strong, it's hard yeah, but after a while you'll be a much stronger person with an ever increasing past - look forward not back :winky: Best wishes Tony.
  6. Just been to see Tony at Watford to get a full geometry on my GS. All was well, apart from a problem with two of the front adjusters being siezed with corrosion, so Tony couldn't do a 100% accurate adjustment If any of you guy's are thinking of having the geometry done on your GS's (not sure about the Mk2's?), then Tony recommends you give these adjusters a good soaking with penetrating oil (WD40 etc.) before going to see him. I will try to take a couple of pics to upload to show you where the adjusters are later :winky: Apart from the hiccup, Tony did manage to make some alterations and the car feels sharper in the bends, although I need to sort a small matter out with a bit of weld and go back for some fine-tuning :) All in all I think Tony is a "top bloke" and certainly knows what he's doing. Everything was explained as he went along so you at least get some sort of understanding as to what does what :duh: :P ... oh, and a nice cup of hot chocolate :winky:
  7. That's excellent mate... well done :winky:
  8. No... no... NO!!!... What is it with people putting down caravans, OK, there's some out there that doodle along at a snails pace, but the majority stay with the flow. Last year I had great fun towing my little caravan around the country - but it was the car drivers holding "ME" up. Sorry if I went a little Rant over :P
  9. Yes, the clock... and that "bloody roundabout!"
  10. I'll be going through Wyke Regis from Charlstown, not too bad that way in :winky:
  11. OK Pete... you've twisted my arm We went there last year, the kids loved climbing about over the rocks, and we never did get to look in the lighthouse :winky:
  12. Yes mate, down the middle. I assume the dash wasn't fitted in a car for the pic, as there's no needles either, hence no gear selection :) It's deffo for a LHD (American) as it's also got a section for traction control
  13. It has the cut-outs, as the letters/numbers already glow behind the panel :winky:
