That sounds like rubbish, i have an old PS2 and it plays GT4 without a problem..

Mine plays it fine too, and the console was from the first batch in the UK... had no probs with constant use :winky:
Remove the small screw at the back of the fob, and seperate both parts. The back part will contain the battery - it's the front part that you need (minus the battery).
Sit in the car and with the ignition OFF hold the fob near to the centre console and press both buttons at the same time for 20 - 30 seconds.
Replace the back containing the battery and press lock, then unlock.
Do you need to access the ecu???
I thought holding the two buttons on the fob with the battery removed NEAR to the console cycled the fob through all the codes until it matched up with the ecu... have you tried this Steve?
RAC... used them a couple of years ago when I got 2... yes, 2 blow-outs on my trailer tent on the way home from holiday . They took me to the nearest tyre dealer after removing both wheels, and fitted the wheels back to the trailer - great, friendly service :winky:

We used to make these water/compressed air rockets at my old work at lunch breaks.
Made one we called Apollo which had four 1 litre pop bottles strapped together with a roughly machined 4-way manifold and an industrial air compressor adding loads of pressure - it was ballistic!!!
Great fun... I think I'll make another one now :P :D :P
With the MK1, the difference between the Sport & SE were that the Sport had lower springs, rear spoiler, sport grille and 17/18" wheels, not sure if this applies to the MK2 though
I would agree with MrTomas about the brake pads being worn,.
I've just come back from Tony at wheels in motion, and told him I have this noise when turning right, and he suggests it's probably the wear indicator clip as there was no visible sign of anything rubbing :winky:
