They fitted a shorter windscreen wiper , all good so far . The young receptionist said 'yes it was a bit to long"..😂😂😂

Absolutely right , the faff on even trying to book it in is annoying . Even though l booked it on the phone ,l was sent a E-mail asking me to book the car in again . . Then they asked me all extras l would like doing ( oil change , oil top up (£15.00) windscreen wiper replacement etc . Made me laugh when they said they would do a complimentary health check .(obviously missed the windscreen wiper when it was M.O.T and serviced) Only had the car for less than 4 wks . I have booked my UX in , it has a problem with the passenger side windscreen wiper . The end overlaps the pillar trim ,so it clicks when in use . You can actually see where it has marked the trim . It should be 16 in however it is 18 inches in length! Noticed on previous MOT it failed on passenger side wiper not working correctly . Looks like the wrong one has been fitted . Only had the car 3 wks so assuming it will be no cost to me . Thanks Robert

I recently bought a UX and the 12 volt battery went flat , l was faffing about with the settings in "accessory mode" and the battery. Luckily l was on my drive . Called Lexus recovery, which is the AA by the wsy 😀 . He said always have the car in ready mode when looking at the settings because the 12 volt battery is very small . Anyway he recommended a small jump pack as has already been mentioned . Maybe Santa will bring me one .😂 Thanks Robert

I have just noticed the rear axle has a new Radar runflat tyre on one side and a Bridgestone Touranzo on the other which has plenty of tread left, my question is it legal to have a different make of runflats on the same axle Would insurance company refuse to pay out in a accident ? Thanks Robert

I have had my car just over 8 days . The dealer has fitted Radar runflats. Has anybody got any feedback on their performance ? I know they are a budget tyre . Thanks Robert

Had the car a week so far , really impressed , totally different from my 3 series . So much easier to get into . The seating position was very low in the Beamer . Slowly finding my way around the different setup . The car is so quiet and l love the seats and seating position . The quality of the interior is top notch First car l have had with CVT gearbox . Lots of criticism from some reviews , but l find it fine . Surprised how quick it is plenty of power , lovely steering (once l turned the lane assist off) Mine is in Sonic White ? So quirky and different love it , l like the fact you don't see that many on the road . Now looking to spot one all the time 😀 Robert

Thanks , just curious if the Lexus app is better than the BMW app . I have another question can you expand the Navigation screen it seems ridiculous small l can barely read the msp..🙄 . On the 2nd day of ownership l couldn't start the car . Flat 12 volt battery , the recovery guy jumped started it and advised not to use the accessory mode when messing about with various settings . It's a very small battery !..D Thanks Robert ealer checked the battery all good but advised to give the car a good run or make a appointment to let them fully charge it .

Hi , we bought a Lexus UX F-Sport on Friday 20 reg in white 23434 miles . Traded in our BMW M-sport . There lots of negativity around BMW's but we have had three without any issues . Looking forward to some lovely comfortable journeys on it . Is it worth downloading the Lexus app ? Thanks Robert

Hi have just joined the Forum . Looking to purchase a Lexus UX .Would appreciate some information on this model . What are the trim levels lowest spec highest . We have looked at a few cars Have a test drive booked for next week . The size of the boot was a surprise (small) also there doesn't appear to be a parcel shelf . Would you recommend buying only from Lexus dealers , they have a service plan option , is it value for money ? Performance/ride opinions . Entertainment system (seems to get negative views 🙄. Our budget is limited to £23000 depending on trade in offer . Advice appreciated Regards Robert
