I recently had an interim 10,000 mile service done on my 2017 IS 300h with 109,000 mileage on the clock. The service warranty was not Validated due to mileage but I believe having the Health Check and passed it validates warranty for the battery. Is this correct. Health check picked up wheel alignment required on four tyres and new condenser recommended due to possible stone damage (£970 cost!) As only had car for 6 months came as bit of a shock to pocket! Put on hold for now. Any views on above and continuing using a Lexus dealer for next main service. Customer service was very good tho.

I purchased my 2017 model Lexus IS 300H Advance CVT in April '24. Took it in for its 110,000 mile interim service and health check at a Lexus dealer. Health check brought up two items needing attention: 1. Air condenser been hit and need a new condenser @ £940.00 2. Recommended a full 4 wheel alignment @ £118.00 Air condenser replacemrnt cost came as a shock ! Is it reasonable? Have put on hold for now but will sort out wheel alignment soon. Also as service was carried out within the 10,000 mile warranty (108,000 miles at present). Is the health check warranty valid for the Hybrid battery (7 yrs old)? Thanks for any advise as I am new to Lexus cars. Paul b
