Do the IS200 front horns earth off the bracket and body in order to work? I painted my horns red and now they dont work any more. Could the paint be not allowing return current to the battery negativer terminal? as I noted there only seems to be one wire going into the connector of the horn (LIVE)? Help

Raz When you mention Amps are you saying I'd need more than 1? Or a multichannel amp? Forgive my ignorance but does one channel on an amp go to one speaker, and another channel to another speaker and so on? How does this sound A 4 channel amp - 2 of the 4 channels to the front speakers and 2 of the channels to the rear 6x9's Then a mono amp to a subwooder in the boot ???????

Guys am I going to have to loose my current square Japstyle plate once the intercooler goes in? Or will there be sufficient air flow going up in behind the plate reaching the intercooler? Its not like the intercooler will be totally blocked off by the plate.

Raz are you saying that you'd have an amp to run the rear 6x9 Infinitys? Is rewiring really that important? Whats wrong with OEM speaker wiring? What Infintiy range of speakers should I use for the front doors?

Guys I came across this company in the US called XERD who make manifolds and bits and bobs for the IS300. I thought I'd email them and ask them about designing something for the IS200 European model. Guys Ireturned the yellow Pioneer Emotion speakers today as I was told that the Infinity Kappa were the way to go! I need to replace rear 6x9's and front door speakers. Who else is running infinity at the moment???

I've never worked with resin before! Where can you buy it? How do you apply it to rear shelf? Brush on? Is it durable when it cures?

Guys anyone have any ideas about how to strip the carpety material off the rear shelf? Is it a plastic underneath or what is it? I am basically trying to reline the back parcel shelf in a black suede and I dont think the suede will still to the current surface of the back shelf. So I am thinking I need to get the current carpety stuff before relining.

I have spare IS200 calipers for sale front and rear if you need em!

Guys I have just bought some pioneer Emotion speakers for front and rear to go with my Pioneer HU. Here are the bad boys below: With the rear shelf I want to have the speakers on show and I dont want to have to use the Lexus speaker covers. Is it possible to just rip off the rear speaker covers and use the speaker covers provided with my new Pioneer ones? I plan to reline the back shelf with a black suede material because no doubt if I take off the OEM speaker covers you will see 2 square outlines left behind. Will my new speakers fill up the holes completely or are the speaker holes in the shelf bigger resulting in my Pioneers going down through the rear shelf holes? GALLA_4

Guys Can someone recommend a good material to reline my rear shelf? I want to reline it in black for my new yellow coned 6x9's! I was thinking of a sticky back felt or something? Any websites or advices would be welcome. GALLA_4

So the boost gauge will work with the Sc then guys? Does the HKS gauges come with the the wiring and sensors, or are you purely just buying the gauge? The exhaust gas temp, is that at the rear section or furthur up near the manifold area? Sorry for wrecking heads! But Gauges aren't my thing! GALLA_4

Hi Guys As some of you will know I am having the TTE Supercharger fitted very soon. I was thinking of filling up the dash tray area with HKS gauge cluster! Can someone point me in the right direction as to what gauges I need for the supercharger? Its confusing on the HKS site! Is it a boost gage or a vaccum gauge for the TTE compressor? I'll probably get an oil Temperature and Exhaust Gas Temperature gauge! I can keep on eye on how the precats are cooking lol GALLA_4

Ad77 I'm abit concerned after reading on here last night and asking a few places over here in Ireland, that removing the precats and then just welding it back up again is not the best way to do it! Most people who had done that initally only go on to eventually change to a proper sports manifold of uniform pipe diameter
