    Poor electricial connection...? Failing that i would take it back to whoever fitted it and insist they sort it.....don't know what you paid, however I'm sure it wasn't cheap.....especially if it was by a Lexus dealership

    Gajan Sorry to hear about your theft......very distressing I'm sure. When you say you can't see your location is this on the app..? If so, sometimes clearing the apps cache works....or try deleting it from your phone then reinstalling. If it is the car's navigation that is 'stuck', then I would be taking it back to the dealer (I assume a Lexus one) that fixed the damage....

    Sounds as if there is a fault.. it's a new car...take it back to the dealer and demand they sort it out

    Take it back to the dealer and insist it is fixed. A video of the problem may help if it doesn't occur all the time. I'm surprised than on a new car the dealer just didn't give you a courtesy vehicle straight away. There is always the fall back of a complaint to lexus customer service and they are excellent

    Most of the manuals say the maximum is 32....mine included, although it's not a UX as you rightly say.....what I'm really saying is that it's worth trying with a bigger stick (more music) and see if it works. [I'm using .flac files]

    I still disagree....the hardware is in place in those vehicles in North America for example.....but not in the Gen 2 models here, otherwise Lexus would have released a software update. I had a long chat with one of my local Lexus dealer employees about this very subject in August of this year, so I'm passing their knowledge on.

    I don't think that a software update would be able to change wired AA to wireless.....there would need to be additional hardware added as well (a sort of internal AA dongle, if you will).....Lexus aren't going to do that...... I have an ottocast and it works seamlessly and can be tucked away out of sight ( https://www.ottocast.com/) I think this sort of solution is the best you can hope for...
