The 360-degree panoramic camera on the 2024 models are great help for tight parking spaces. (Yet, I managed to damage my alloys 😂). Rear wheel steering also helps. After driving almost 8,000 miles in 5 months, I'm impressed and loving every drive. Looking forward to a road trip to Munich next month and probably get the 10k mile service done before that.

Wow! You didn't drive it much. I did almost 8k miles already with my coupe and thinking about getting the first service done this month before taking it to Germany next month. Best of luck with the sale!

Ceramic coat is a great way to give a treat to your car. I also got it on mine over the PPF

I did a full body PPF after taking delivery of mine. Had few stone attacks on the bonnet and side of the car. But, all they did was damage the PPF itself and left the paint untouched. I'm waiting to get more damage on the PPF before I think of replacing it. Yes, PPF is expensive but worth it!

Yes, it is annoying! I have spoken to the manager of the dealership recently. He told me that he will look into this and try to get back to me after he hears back from Lexus GB. Just waiting to hear back from him/dealership. Not sure what I can do. But, I expect to get a few free services from them as a resolution 😅

Actually, Lexus kinda lied about the numbers. They guaranteed exclusivity with 4 convertibles and 1 coupe. But, they brought in 7 convertibles and 3 coupe. So, 10 in total instead of 5. At the bottom of this post they guaranteed this https://mag.lexus.co.uk/2024-lexus-lc/ I found another coupe that was sold as used by dealership which was also listed in Lexus' website as approved used after being pointed out by a member of Caffeine and Machine Facebook group that mine isn't the only coupe. What an awkward situation! I spoke to the dealership who sold to me a big bubble of dream as 1 of 1 coupe and reality being different. Waiting to hear back once they had a talk with Lexus GB.

It was great to be honest. Plenty of hypercars and supercars. Also seen a white LC500 and a white LC500h at the event. Any LC500/h owners going to the JapShow at Santapodraceway on 12th May? I'll be taking my LC500 Ultimate Edition Coupe there also will be participating on the Autoglym Show & Shine competition. It would be nice to see other Lexus cars in there, specially LC500 & LC500h.

That sounds like an Ultimate Edition Convertible. If it's UE, it should be 1 of 7 in the UK.

Damn....should've asked here instead of listening to the dealership. They told me, just drive and the car will adjust. No turning back now, already driven 2750+ miles in 3 weeks.

1. The owner manual states 98 or above octane is preferred. But, when it's not available, regular should work too. 2. Yes, you should be able to use bluetooth for calls and music (only an older model owner without AA or CarPlay can reconfirm this)

When I ordered my LC500 Ultimate Edition Coupe, my dealer told me that my car was the last to arrive in the UK and no more coming. The car was already in the port in Bristol when I placed my order. I would suggest calling a dealer and see if they can manage one for you by any miracle or if they have any in stock.

Thanks @eightk@NemesisUK! I've told my insurance about tracker. On the day of collection, the dealership told me that my model is not canbus theft proof. I'll email them to enquire about it. I've read the public statement that Lexus did couple of days ago. Also, need to get immobiliser fitted.

Didn't ask insurers about getting paint protection film (PPF). Does it matter to them?

Thank you. I've left the car at a detailer's place to clean, install PPF and ceramic coating. Once I get it back, I will be able to take some pictures 😄

I just took delivery of the Ultimate Edition coupe 2 days ago and it's on the list of vulnerable Lexus cars 😶

Wouldn't it be locked in based on when the car was registered? Or, will it just follow whatever the price is on that time?

I was happy to finish paying the extra £390 on my NX last December. Now, I need to start paying extra again from next March for the LC. Hope they don't ask for £410 since that's starting from 1st of April.

Interesting! My card key of the 2018 premier model lasts quite a long. I got the warning few times about 2 years ago and it was replaced during the service and it's still running fine.

Congratulations @Philip Stone! I'm collecting the coupe in couple of days, #38/165. So, we are 2 of 5 in the UK. Would love to know about your thoughts once you get it.
