    As Ex Volvo, BMW and MB owner; i'm very pleased with my NX350H for the 6 weeks i have owned it.. You can use it just "as is" and just enjoy how easy it is to live with or fine tune just about anything deep deep down in the settings.... Noice/Comfort; my choice was simple; no panoramic roof and 18" makes a perfect smooth quiet ride...

    Am I the only one disappointed in the 64 color interior lights of the NX??? YouTube clips show them so bright and colorful while in reality they are quite "diluted" with a big part white light in them regardless of color... Just me or ?

    Goes for the whole EU; DRL is ONLY OK in clear dry daylight, rain,sno, fog etc etc requires rear lights too...( same with trailer connected..) VW, Volvo MB ( et al.) all turn on rearlights + DRL or Dippedbeam and rearlights as soon as the rainsensor triggers the wipers Sweden was first with DRL ( and headlight wipers) back in 1976 (?) in 2010 EU join in on DRL...

    I totally see myself in this after 3 weeks with the NX350H+..... seems totally random the way it works ( or not work) At first I thought my dog-cage was seen as an obstacle for closing BUT since the close button works 100% i ruled that out... As I understand it you should move away out of range for the key-fob but still I get it maybe 50% right or else same darn beeping as Bonzo SPB gets

    Ok We leave the Swedish cars and move on to this one, my first car at age 18 ( mine was yellow (and rust)).... What is it ( make and model)?

    Its Swedish made and based on Volvo parts (mostly 960/V90) So straight inline 6, 3,0 litres and as you guessed; produced in small numbers until..... Bankruptcy like so many other small scale car makers... and its a... (drumroll) JC Indigo 3000

    We move from Volvo into a bit a more exotic European car built in the TVR and Lotus tradition; pick the expensive parts from a volume manufacturer and add a nice bodywork to it... What is this Austin-Healy-3000-wanna-be from the 90s?

    As the topic suggest I started a thread for us car-nerds ( with or without proper diagnoses.. 🤪 ) where we can challenge each other with quirky odd cars and cars facts only we care about.... I throw the first stone with this image of a detail and ask my fellow Car-nerds; What car is this?? (make and model, please) And btw: Reverse Pic-Googling is not the manners of a proper gentleman or lady....

    UK gets the faulty ones with the steeringwheel misplaced...LOL..... US gets Lexus (at least NX) made in Ontario, Canada..... Ages ago when i drove a Honda CR-V Europe got UK-made Hondas while US was a different story; East coast US got UK cars while west coast got Japanese built CR-Vs and as you might guess the Japanese built was prefered over UK built CRV so sevral US buyer made sure they bought them in the "right" state to get a Japanese made CR-V....

    Just converted 9800 SEK into £ ... Seems like Lexus Sweden in general keep thier prices down; NX350h AWD in basic trim is 464800 SEK ( 34350£) while its is 45435£ on Lexus.co.uk... market strategy or a adoption to a market with a strong tradition of 10-15% discount? ( or simply due to the poor Swedish exchangerate last years...)

    What are the general conclusions on towing with a Lexus Hybrid?? Garden rubbish trailer? Boat? Caravan? Since the close sibbling the RAV4 has good reviews i recon the NX will do fine too..

    According to my dealer upon delivery of my NX he stated "expect wireless AA as OTA in Q1 2024" so in 2024 ( fingers crossed)

    Lexus Malmö, they either had this car on order and someone canceld the order or they simply ordered it on pure speculation... Original idea was 350h Executive in Sonic White with rich cream leather, dealer was able to offer this just as I wanted it + the Tech-pack (Payed half of the tech pack, dealer other half since it wasn't on my wishlist)

    Do i dare to tell without getting lynched here... Placed my order early sept -23, getting my car on friday.... 🙂 To be honest; official Swedish delivery times from sept -23 are: 350h; 6 months 450h+; ) months, I guess I just got lucky in my combination vs dealers orders (350h, Sonic White, Rich cream leather and Executive ( a very Swedish trim level, not found elsewhere in EU..) ) only i didnt want was the tech pack for executive so i got more gadgets then I was aiming for...
