With ref to my previous two comments I can't say that I have any issues myself although I have learnt to wait a little and speak slowly but that's also general as nobody seems to know what I'm mumbling on about ....

I usually just say Hey lexus take me to 'home town'. From there on I can usually find my own way home 🏡. Not that it's specifically what you want to achieve.

A chap from Lexus just phoned. Apparently, the problem we've been having is due to some network updates/issues that have been going on in the background. I suggested that if Lexus are going to do something like this then to let me know in future so that if I'm 1000miles away/or whatever and can't physically check if my RX is locked/unlocked then knowing something was going on at the Lexus end would help to allay any concerns that I have. My RX/App still appear ok this morning.

Sorry to hear that Ken. I've just checked mine and it still appears ok. f L a C k Y is the word that comes to mind. Lexus are you there ???? Still not heard anything from them.

All back to normal again this morning. Not sure why it/the App was having a funny turn. Probably will never know. Not a peep/response out of Lexus. I guess they're still debating about who should be making their office coffees this week .... no time for customers! ☕🫖

A bit of a coincidence, my issue started yesterday 🤔. Same issue again today though. Well, tomorrow's another day so will see how it is then. No response from Lexus yet.

First time ever my Lexus Link App has misbehaved. Since yesterday the app keeps showing that all my RX450h+ doors are 'Closed, Unlocked'. I can lock all the doors from within the app and the app will state that the doors are 'Closed, Locked' but after a while the app reverts to saying that the doors are 'Closed, Unlocked'. When the app says that the doors are 'Closed, Unlocked' I physically check the doors and they are locked. It's very strange, does anyone else have this issue? Is there a workaround/fix or is it a case of grin and bear it until Lexus resolve it. I presume it's an issue on the app side of things.

Charged my RX and saw that the EV range had increased to 54 miles, for the first time, and went woo-hoo !! 🙃

Are you plugging it into some sort of extension cable on the way to your property's 3 pin 13amp socket? It sounds similar to a problem I had where the charger transformer kept over heating and kept cutting the charging out. I'd unplug, leave for a while and then replug back in. It would work ok again for a while before tripping out again. I kept repeating the process, unplug/leave/replug but eventually the 13amp plug on the extension cable went a nice shade of black and low and behold became an item for the dustbin. In the end I opted for a wall mounted Zappi EV Charger and haven't regretted.

£80K for the top of the range NX .... WOW !!!! I'd call that another issue, or was it a special edition with added anomalies. 😔 I too am sorry to hear that you've had problems.

Between 05:30 - 23:30 we pay: 27.94p per kWh Between 23:30 - 05:30 we pay: 7.50p per kWh 😃 However, not forgetting, there is also a standing charge of 47.85p per day on top of the above which we have to pay no matter what. Double However, However, during a sunny 🌞 day the solar panels and associated batteries 🔋 charge the Lexus for FREE, albeit the £1000's I had to pay inadvance for all the install 😟.

Could someone point me in the right direction please .... I'm all set up as the Primary Driver on key no. 1. As soon as I enter the car I get a 'Welcome Mr ....' message on the display. All good, no problems! I would now like to set up Mrs .... on key no. 2 as a secondary driver. When she enters the car I want her to get a 'Welcome Mrs ....' message on the display. How do I do this please? Step by step instructions if possible please. 😕

On my old 2019 NX300h I got pretty much the same as Steve. I think mid-high 40s mpg may be asking a little too much.

It's quite probably but I never asked them to do so and they never informed me that they were going to. In fact, on the auto check-in screen I selected 'NO' to any extra work being carried out. I'm rather annoyed at having to enter everything again. They were only meant to fit locking wheel nuts and give me a second key, not blow the Bl@@dy Doors Off !! 😉

Just noticed that not only were some of the settings changed on my RX they've also cleared all my Satnav favourite destinations. That's a real pain! I only went in for the locking wheel nuts and the 2nd Key. Likely to be looking for a new dealer the way things are going. 😠 😡 👿 😤 🤬 😾
