  1. I believe NG just means New Generation (NX)
  2. Yes it should have been removed. Mine was accidentally left on and caused a number of screen touch issues. It's not a screen protector so remove it.
  3. My 450h was manufactured mid December 2022....would that be included?
  4. Mine is the same as yours Ken. Each monthly bill they generate gives the average cost per Kwh so I keep an eye on that to ensure it's sufficiently lower than the standard (non Go) variable daytime rate
  5. Malcolm is says in the letter above that UWB was introduced with NG vehicles, surely that would include your 450h ?
  6. The most my wallbox has fed my 450h (0 EV miles) is 14.28kwh which took 2h 26m. A couple of things to note: 1. There is some inevitable loss of energy from the wallbox to the vehicle so the car battery will have received a few % points less than 14.28 kWh. 2. The wallbox charges at maximum kWh for around 2 hours then slowly throttles back as the on board car charger tapers the input kWh down to zero. BTW Intelligent Octopus Go has a cheap rate of 7.5p/kWh and as you already have a Ohme box, which is supported, you should look at that option which is not the same as agile Octopus and has specific daytime and overnight (23.30 - 05.30) rates.
  7. My comment only applied to the previous quarter when the Go and standard daytime rates were indeed the same. This quarter there is a 3p premium on daytime rates
  8. The Octopus Go tarrif 1st July to 30th September was 9.5p cheap rate and 29p normal rate, the latter being the same as their standard variable rate. Obviously that made it a no brainer, maybe they will do the same sometime in the future.
  9. You can do it via your My Lexus portal. https://www.lexus.co.uk/customer/portal#//+/sso/login/autoclose=true If you already have an account sign in or create a new account and you should be able to purchase a map update from the estore.
  10. I don't know if it double locks (I suspect not) but I have found it works pretty consistently if you press the button and loiter for a couple of seconds then walk away.
  11. I have the Milenco and store it under the front passenger seat. I use it all the time and find it very easy to use. Better to have some visible deterrent to at least make thieves know they have another hurdle to cross before they damage the outside of the car.
  12. Mine connects to my router when on the drive but I still had this issue a number of times in the past when connected to wifi. I suspect it could be an intermittent issue with the Lexus servers.
  13. Same for my 450h+ and the maitenance package was almost 40% more than I was paying on my previous RAV4 PHEV even though they are fundamentally similar cars.
  14. My 450h+ was manufactured mid December 2022 (arrived in UK February 2023), I purchased the vehicle (cancelled order) in June this year with one key. Second key was supplied at the begining of August. I think the car manufacturing date may be how Lexus are prioritising it.
  15. Same for me, input a destination and the app doesn't produce a route. App not functioning as it should.
  16. Having thought mine had plateaued it crept up again last night. Yesterday I drove EV mode on the motorway at around a steady 70 mph and saw about 2.6 miles/kWh. Running at a leisurely 60 mph gave me a more normal 3.6 m/kwh. As you would expect
  17. Not having a second key is a real issue I know. The only thing I can suggest is to have an auto locksmith do the cloning of a second key, but this will involve unnecessary expense.
  18. Mine is RHD and is just the same as the OP is seeing.
  19. My 2023 NX450h is exactly the same as yours, but I don't see it as an issue.
  20. Yes it happened to me some weeks ago but seems to have resolved itself now.
  21. You're right 18" wheels have standard tyres and no spare whilst all 20" wheels have run-flats and no spare
  22. My 450h originally came with one key and I then received a campaign letter from Lexus UK telling me to book my vehicle in with my local dealership to have a second key cloned.
  23. Gary unfortunately the app sometimes loses trip data so the totals will likely be out of kilter.
  24. I must admit I don't find the absence of wireless Android Auto much of an issue. I always keep a short USB cable plugged in plus it keeps my mobile charged up during longer journeys.
