  1. I just keep a short usb a to usb c cable plugged in....easy and quicker to charge.....and readies Android Auto etc
  2. I believe it's Lexus Europe who are responsible for the App, so one would expect the same issues across the continent.
  3. Check that the toggles are on for front and back windows...see image
  4. Sean if my memory serves me well (which is rare) I just de-activated demist (when no longer required) and EV mode resumed.
  5. I think this is the recall in question looks like many of us will be getting notifications
  6. Do you have the Lexus campaign or recall reference number?
  7. IMO having only one key fob is much more of an issue than no locking wheel nut. Locking wheel nuts are hardly a problem at all to suitably equipped thieves. However, having one key fob is a seriously inconvenience and a big worry about losing it.
  8. If you activate front screen demist it will start the engine regardless
  9. Personally I love being able to use climate control on really cold mornings and also really hot days (much less frequent). It's much more than a gimmick to me.
  10. The guys on the RAV4 forum identified some passive warning stickers from eBay. The seller also does a Lexus equivalent for those of you interested https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/166403080650 Here's the post from the RAV4 forum https://www.toyotaownersclub.com/forums/topic/217157-ready-made-canbus-stickers/
  11. 58/53 last night. Seeing an actual of around 45
  12. What were your original tyres?
  13. Try clearing the cache in storage and then force stop the app and restart it. If no better it's worth reinstalling the app which I had to do yesterday when it got itself in a twist. Working ok now.
  14. I believe those plastic caps are to allow access to the nut which helps secure the plastic trim on the bottom (outside) of each door.
  15. When you switch it to HEV mode it will show current trip MPG
  16. Those pesky rubber blocks are annoying when they detach so easily. I'll try your solution. The lock itself is very easy to use when you get used to it, I'm pleased with it.
  17. Nicolas I would get your second key as soon as your dealership can do the cloning. The reason is that these key fobs are in short supply and you may find you lose your place in the queue otherwise.
  18. Yes I'm seeing about a 15% drop in actual EV miles now in the much cooler weather from the previous warm weather. I expect it will fall a few more % points when the worst of winter weather is here.
  19. I thought I'd resurrect this thread as I note on the RAV4 forum many owners are having the steel plate fitted to protect the canbus. The official part is supplied and fitted by Toyota dealers at a labour only cost of £70. Do we know for sure if the Newgen NX has the same canbus vulnerability?
  20. I'm getting about 3.2 m/kWh daily at present, and since I picked up the car in mid June this year the average is 3.5 m/kWh over about 1900 EV miles. Pretty happy.
  21. Unfortunately for me there's no possibility of fitting a space saver under the boot floor due to all the extra bits of technology in place for the 450h 😒. I was able to fit one in my previous RAV4 PHEV by removing the foam/plastic insert, but no chance with this car.
  22. One thing I noticed from the updated Android app is that it has started to send timed messages regarding start and completion of the charging cycle.
  23. As there is no spare wheel, I don't think a jack is part of the specification. However, it's crazy for Lexus to even think it's practical to only have one key fob!
  24. Gary my NX450h MY23 also says the same thing "2021 NG NX PHEV" I expect that is the default label (2021 was the launch year of the new gen NX) in the app unless the dealership knows/bothers to change it at setup time. I believe you can ask them to change it but I'm not fussed personally.
