    This whole no second key issue is a serious PITA and though I only had to wait 3 months for mine, I was terrified of losing the only key I had to share between my wife and me. I attached a Tile tracker to the key ring but was still nervous. I fully sympathise with the OP and as already mentioned, hope they have a Lexus courtesy car, and do not incur any costs.

    Previous car was a RAV4 PHEV which delivered 40+ miles EV range in winter and 50+ in Summer. My 450h is delivering 30+ during the cold weather and about 45 in warmer weather. They both have the same engine and battery and the 450h is only a little heavier. Difficult to understand why such a wide discrepancy.

    I'm seeing similar quotes for me too even though last renewal was under £600. I can see my age is becoming a larger factor now.

    Switching the front demist on causes the engine to start to improve how quickly warmed air is supplied to the windscreen

    All four doors frozen this morning. Warm water and patience was the highly unsatisfactory solution. I have my car booked in early next month for replacement handles and the dealership said I can use the manual unlock (using the blade key in the fob) as a temporary solution.

    I have a space saver which fits my NX 450h+ but there is no way of storing it under the boot floor due to an array of electronics and the 12v battery. The only way is to have it in the boot itself, which is far from ideal 😒

    But in HV mode, the car uses the reserved 30% not the accessible 70% of the traction battery. If I'd have started with zero EV miles (30% battery), I would have still achieved the same MPG in HV mode, as it uses the reserved 30% which it continually replenishes. Last month I had a 300 mile round trip which I did exclusively in HV mode even though I had a full traction battery. Over that mileage my EV miles estimate only reduced a similar amount of 5 or 6 miles.

    I started this morning with 100% charge and estimated range (with a/c) of 50 miles. I wanted to give the engine a spin today so have covered about 30 miles in only HV mode. Even though no pure EV mode my EV estimate is now 44 miles. So is this due to the car reassessing the EV range based on my HV trips or is the car stealing 6 miles of my EV accessible range? Anyone else noticed this? I think it could well be a range reassessment.

    If I include front demist (option) as part of the app remote climate, the engine currently still starts up to clear the screen in a timely fashion.

    I'm still getting the "unable to sync profile" message every time I start the vehicle albeit about 10 mins after the Ready message. I have my profile linked to my key and my Phone and have tried both links separately without success. Anyone have any more ideas how to get rid of it as it really is a pain?

    What I can say is that with my wall box it takes about 2.5 hours from 0 miles EV to 100%. If you're using the "granny" cable from a 13A plug you should expect about 5 hours.

    So in old money they have dropped from about 35 psi to 31 psi which must be enough to trigger the warning

    Communication with the Lexus servers appears to be a consistent weakness the app. They need to address that as a priority.

    4kwh is reserved for hybrid operation and is not accessible for EV operation so when you have 0 EV miles you will see the traction battery still has 30% charge. This 4kwh is continually maintained during HV operation.

    As an update, mine is linked to key and phone so I disabled bluetooth on my phone and opened with my key. The display acknowledged it was me (from my key) and said it loaded my profile. Three minutes later I still received the dreaded profile not synced message. I'm at a loss now.

    Whilst I was waiting for mine I consulted an auto locksmith but he told me that they didn't have access to the specific blank fobs.
