    I think your car is definitely somewhat of an outlier. Both my current NX 450 and previous RAV4 PHEV both seemed to have 75% usable traction battery. Mid 50's was the best for my old RAV4 and high 40's for the NX. Cherish it!

    Alex I have purchased stuff from them previously, they are a franchised Lexus dealer. You can just call them and order which is what I did. The parts are Lexus original parts and usually are similar in price to the official Lexus parts site on ebay.

    Lexus must have snuck a bigger traction battery in that vehicle! Envious of those stats.

    I bought my NX boot liner (made of flexible plastic material) from the official Lexus Parts Store on eBay. It cost £99 but there are alternative non original liners available from other suppliers for half that cost.

    Derek....I originally used the 13A 'granny' charging lead before I also had a wall charger installed. I was aware of potential overloads so I bought an industrial Grade extension lead with a built in circuit breaker. I used it for 4 months without incident.

    Harry....with my RAV4 the drop during very cold weather was significant. Something like 20% comparing very cold temperatures to nice warm weather.

    One other measure worth looking at is total average miles per kWh. I've had the car since 15th June and covered 1500 miles about 70% of which were pure EV. By that I mean driving in EV mode. My average miles/kWh is 3.5. How are other people fairing? The figure is available from the drivers led screen so it is an average of all your miles driven in EV mode.

    I second that.....the manual suggests the feature was designed that way

    This morning figures were 49.3/50.7 best so far. My previous RAV4 was hitting true mid 50's at the same time of year, may struggle to equal that.

    Extremely disappointing.... particularly as Lexus only started the 2nd key campaign a few weeks ago....Q1 24 is crazy.

    Yes it really is hit and miss with trip recording. The my Toyota app which I used with my recent RAV4 is just a clone of this Lexus app and was just as unreliable. It appears Toyota/Lexus have not developed a robust enough infrastructure to support the functionality. My previous Volvo XC60 using an equivalent Volvo app was very reliable.

    Yes I'm seeing a similar incremental increase with each charging cycle.

    My 450h wipers are just the same. I thought it was strange they didn't clear the screen to the right.

    My most recent stats are 48.7/47.2. I managed an actual of 49 though I was running in eco mode.

    Received my second key today, and also had the ECU update for the forward recognition camera. It took about 2 hours...15 minutes for the key clone and the rest for the software update plus quick valet.

    Completely agree with you. When I switched it on I thought the engine had developed a fault such was the noise it made.

    My previous RAV4 phev had this function both in the app and MyToyota portal. As you say, it's in neither of the Lexus versions.

    I've experienced that exact same issue too... eventually the upper case arrow works after quite a few attempts....very irritating

    My 450h predicted 45 with a/c but actually achieved 49 😀 I'm sure colder weather will squash that
