  1. Mine's the same (MY 23)....I believe it refers to the 2021 NG NX (new generation introduction date) as a standard label. Not referencing the actual model year of the vehicle.
  2. Mine has already levelled out
  3. Chris.....I don't think you can auto mute the audio when reversing
  4. Regarding the second key fob. The associated campaign number is YHG14. Suggest you try and book the vehicle into your dealer for that campaign and see if that starts the process of them placing an order for the second key with Lexus. Mine took about a week/10 days for them to obtain the fob.
  5. Alistair do you mean the light on the Auto button ?
  6. I picked up my car mid June this year and it went back to the dealer on 1st August for the second key to be cloned plus a software update for the forward recognition camera. Now when I look at service details in the app it says next service due 1st August 2024 instead of 15th June 2024. Messy!
  7. Just as an aside to this subject, the NX traction battery is 18.1Kwh and from earlier investigation on the RAV4 forum (NX 450 has same battery) it is believed that RAV4/NX PHEV have about 13.5Kwh usuable battery for EV operation. The remaining capacity is reserved for HEV operation and protecting the battery from overcharging. Also we can expect a loss of around 8% of inputted energy due to heating losses within the battery and on-board charger which would explain why we may see charging cycles with more than 13.5Kwh inputted from our wall box. Obviously these are approximated figures and will vary case by case. So if you were achieving 3.5 miles/Kwh you could see a range of about 47 miles. During warm weather this is likely to be higher but will be much lower during the winter. Again as we know these figures vary significantly by driving conditions and style.
  8. Andy What tracker did you go for?
  9. I think that may well be true when trading a Lexus/Toyota but was certainly not the case with my Volvo
  10. Just one further point. On the RAV 4 thread they showed a video of another CAN bus theft though this time they accessed the CAN by pulling out the front bumper. This would seem to cast doubt on the retro fitting of a steel plate in the wheel arch unless the Lexus is wired differently
  11. When I asked to trade in my Volvo XC60 they offered me £23000 so I sold it via Car Wow portal to a Volvo dealership for 30000. Might be worth a look for your Honda. I sold it in a couple of days by the way.
  12. I've been using this stuff for 18 months now and I find it excellent on all interior surfaces. Very easy to use too. https://amzn.eu/d/iyFkjzd Also it's not a shampoo it's much more an interior spray on wipe off cleaner
  13. Picked this up from the RAV4 forum. It's a detailed read but worth it if you're interested in the technology associated with CAN bus thefts. https://arstechnica.com/information-technology/2023/04/crooks-are-stealing-cars-using-previously-unknown-keyless-can-injection-attacks/
  14. Has always been so with the previous app too and the Toyota RAV4 clone. Very poor infrastructure and poor testing before release.
  15. As you would expect it's affected the RAV 4 plug in too https://www.toyotaownersclub.com/forums/topic/215588-dc-dc-inverter-recall-phev-‘21-to-‘22/
  16. Apologies but I now believe it is the last 7 numbers which are unique. These numbers are also etched on every window on our vehicles. In my case it is 2015851
  17. Ken what's the last 5 digits of your VIN?
  18. I put my vin into the Lexus recall checker and it said no outstanding recalls if yours was made later than mine I'd have expected mine to need the recall too
  19. Alan I'm not sure when my 430h was built as it was a cancelled order that I acquired new. The numeric part of my VIN is 902015851. I'm aware that the trailing numbers are serial so are related to build date. Is yours earlier or later than mine? Appreciate your reply. Cheers Colin
  20. Pete When you have zero miles EV range what is the traction battery % ? I ask this as for me when the traction battery is showing 30% I have zero EV range (30% being required for normal HEV operation). As you are achieving quite a reasonable number of additional EV miles than the average I was wondering if your vehicle uses more of the reserved 30% battery charge? Hope that makes sense Colin
  21. Can you post a pic of what you get?
  22. Here's a bit of a glitch with the app. Note the total range figures
  23. You would need to reset the overall miles/khr on your dash or just observe the individual trip miles/kWh to see a current figure.
