    Alan...the miles/kWh is a ready available alternative indicator to actual miles.

    Mine has definitely plateaued now. I'm seeing about 49 miles actual which is fine. The colder winter weather will dent that considerably. Note that total range is still incorrect.

    is there any difference in app functionality between the 350 HEV and the 450 PHEV? I believe remote climate is only available on the 450, but not sure about lock/unlock

    No provision whatsoever....I have a spacesaver which I carried in my previous RAV4 PHEV (would fit my NX too) but I had to remove the plastic liner and adapt the space to get it in there. With the 450+ there is no way of fitting it in so I would have to carry it in the main luggage area which is a definite no no. You're right about me only having that injectable glob which is rarely much use. My car doesn't have runflats.

    I think you'll find there's no space for any spare wheel unfortunately 😕

    This issue of user manuals is spreading to all sorts of products now. Just bought an expensive LG OLED TV. Only thing that came with it was a setup sheet. It has a vast array of settings, and although there is some explanation as you go through some of the settings the user guide is only available as an online download or access. This has also been the case with a recent washing machine purchase and a bluetooth speaker purchase etc. I think this must be the future where the manufacturers say they are saving the planet's trees for our grandkids sake

    My car landed at the dealership around early March this year although I only bought it in June (stock vehicle due to canceled order). It already had locking wheel nuts but only one key, although the latter was supplied 1st August after receiving a campaign letter from Lexus UK in July. So I'm not sure what the facts are

    If you go to compare the market site and ask for an insurance quote for an NX without specifying the reg you're given just three spec options as per screen image below

    Hi...I have the same car and am insured with LV. They designate the vehicle as a LEXUS NX 450H+ VVT-I AUTO which I think other insurers will also use for the standard Premium Pack Model.

    Mine are 18" Bridgestone but not run flats and the ride is very good.

    Not unusual as the dealer is getting your car ready so you're already able to see messages on the Lexus Link app coming through as they go through the process.

    Have you tried it with a different cable just to rule that out first?

    Mine's the same (MY 23)....I believe it refers to the 2021 NG NX (new generation introduction date) as a standard label. Not referencing the actual model year of the vehicle.
