    I can understand the manufacturing delays. We have to accept the time for shipping the cars to the UK. Difficult to understand the "black hole known as Derby". Surely Lexus UK should be trying their best to get these cars out to the customers as quickly as possible.

    Hitting a kerb or a big pothole can cause problems for wheel alignment.

    I feel that we should get a delivery date that is "sort of accurate". Plus or minus a month would be acceptable to me. People have trade in cars and finance etc. to organise.

    My understanding is that they will review the price when your new car arrives. My trade-in price was NOT guaranteed (unfortunately). It would be worth having the conversation with your dealer and hopefully they will give you a fair trade-in price to make up for the delay.

    I have to agree about the lack of service just now. Since Covid, service in most areas is absolutely shocking. Not unusual to spend an hour on the phone listening to "your call is important to us" 🙄 At least I can normally get through to my Lexus dealer 😀( even although the news is generally disappointing)

    Know what you mean. I think the cars are getting designed for idiot drivers who are too busy on their phone or whatever to be bothered with looking at the road or road conditions 🙄

    I have actually had a look. To be honest I am not in a desperate rush for a new car but I am finding the constantly changing delivery dates a bit frustrating.

    I could accept a 12 month+ delivery as I have 🙄 My delivery has changed from April to February to March to July to November........ which I find very frustrating. Difficult to organise finance and current car when delivery changes so often.
