The base models are often front wheel drive only.
Not sure if your V5 document will tell you. Worth a look.
I was going to suggest looking under the rear of the car but not sure how easy it is to tell.
Welcome 😃
I am first time Lexus and hybrid too. I went into Lexus to order a black NX but saw the Sonic Titanium in the showroom and changed my mind. Lovely colour and much easier to keep clean than black.
Best option would be to connect an optimate battery charger.
If this is not possible not sure if a similar solar powered charger would work.
Good luck 😃
Probably a good idea to replace them after 10 years. I'm not sure if the detectors might deteriorate but they will get covered in dust etc..
I better check mine 😅
I would make sure everything is clean with no obstructions.
As said, I would try some lubricant too.
If that doesn't work hopefully Lexus will sort it. Good luck 😃
I would like to think that any new (ish) car is able to be left for 2 weeks without being driven.
Airport car parks are full of various cars. The majority must be fine after 2 weeks standing.
I have left mine for three and a half weeks and it was fine. Started with no problems.
I regularly leave it for over a week with no problems. (we have 2 cars)
As said in other comments, worth getting some touch up paint yourself and giving it a try. The paint normally comes with a small brush. Some chips are easier to paint/fill than others.
Good luck 😀
