I will driving in France shortly and having previously owned a RX450h am wondering if the same situation regarding headlight beam adjustment applies to the NX300h (2019 model).
I have seen a response from Lexus Customer relations dated September 2013 stating the following:
"I can confirm that the HID (High Intensity Discharge) headlamps on the RX 450h do not need to be converted for travel on the continent.
The set up of the headlamp is such that the light shines in a horizontal flat beam which has no kick up and as such is not dazzling to drivers of oncoming cars.
We would recommend that the Intelligent Adaptive Front-lighting system (I-AFS) is switched off when travelling on the continent".
The adaptive front lighting system is not fitted on the NX but not sure if the type of headlamp is the same.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
Car started immediately this morning and the Hybrid system is showing fully charged, so think I will leave well alone for time being. Thanks guys for all your input and taking the time to reply, much appreciated.
I'm looking for advice regarding the non use of my RX450 2nd generation. I have just had surgery on my right knee and cannot drive for about 6 weeks. Nobody else in my household drives. So do I start the vehicle on a say a weekly basis and leave ticking over for a period of time or just leave alone. I am concerned that starting it might drain the hybrid cells but not starting at all would probably drain the 12v battery. I am in a position to start the vehicle as many times as would be needed its just the driving I cant perform.
Any advice would be great fully appreciated.

Be careful when clearing snow from front of your car. Don't do what I have just done, caught the headlamp washer. It snapped off and appears o have damaged the jet manifold.
In really icy cold weather the cover sticks out proud of the bumper. Very Easy to snag.
The parcel shelf you appear to have has the type of fixings that were on my old 2005 RX300 that attached to the headrests. On the 2011 RX450 they attach to the back of seats.
The RX300 automatically released the shelf when the back door was opened and had to be slid back into the closed position manually. The 2011 RX450 requires manual operation in both opening and closing. This probably means that the connections on the door pillars are also different and therefore might not attach correctly but I'm afraid I can't remember exactly what the RX300 looked like.
Hope this is of some use.
