The dealer should register once they complete the fitting and provide them (Tracker) with your contact details, who will then email you with the necessary details - fitting of the Tracker and GEO and the email attaching the documents all happened on the same day in my case. Yes, I have been frustrated in recent times with the level of customer care and the product compared with my earlier 20 plus years of Lexus ownership, but I will give them credit where its due especially as I have a Gen 2 NX not subject to the CANBUS attacks and both Lexus HO and the local Lexus dealer contacted me offering these free of charge.
