  1. So where does that leave us with the locking bolts that were installed on our car last week.?
  2. Mine went back to two cars prior to the NX. But like yours, it did seem to recover. At least it did show that someone was working on it. Seems better now ….
  3. As mentioned on page 1 of this thread 🙂 And even more recently the deletion of card key capability. Particularly bad that the U.K. versions suffer compared to both EU and USA. While the USA are now starting to have card key disabled in some areas, they do still have Digital Key operating so the single key fob is not so critical. And they still report that when only one fob is produced, simply walk to the door with your cheque (sic. check) and second key miraculously appears. … We seem to be losing out all ways.
  4. My car version is AAZH26R-AWKXLBW(AB) 450h+ Takumi . Manufacture date is 7/6/23 according to EU cert of conformity. Glove box is coloured, they say it is MY24 but NO ML sound, and of course, only one key with No key card. Are U.K. cars not to full EU spec.
  5. Interesting that the above screenshot shows 2023 NX. Mine shows 2021. The car is supposed to be a 2024 model according to the dealer. I wish it was not!
  6. I have just started to get this info - and same errors. Have been in constant touch with Lexus U.K. today sending them screenshots. They are working on it but I am travelling tomorrow so won’t be able to keep in touch. Have not had the car for a month, so don’t know how long trip history will be.
  7. Now better working on 2024 car; recovered history and EV advice but still no status.
  8. New version of IOS app out this morning. Android app may have been updated as well.
  9. Tried that. Dealer said Lexus would not allow. Will change dealer, but I suspect that Lexus have us scr***d.
  10. The new app seems worse than useless. All mine gives is error messages
  11. Only one. Can’t get second from dealer yet but …. I’ll let you know next week 😉 Anyone tried one of these yet - I am sorely tempted as card key may be better than fob in some circumstances.
  12. Got mine after 3 weeks, 2 weeks ago. It came with paper manual and wheel nut locks supposedly being fitted this coming week.
  13. But even one day lost to Toyota is 13,000 vehicles
  14. Received my NX450h+ just two weeks ago, with both Service book and Owners Manual. Dealer made a point that they had specially obtained the Owners manual for us. Clearly saved time in the handover as they suggested we sit and read it in the car to familiarise us with the features.
  15. it seems to be severely hamstrung compared to the US version described here
  16. Looks good but … seems to have some restrictions. While operating remote climate, cannot open the car until climate is switched off. Cannot operate climate while the car is opened.
  17. Is it the same as described here ? utube lexus nx
  18. The company selling the keys confirmed that they were not the latest but said they are working on that and just had testing to complete. Available shortly, I suspect before we hear from Lexus. It does seem to put the lie to chip shortage.
  19. How can we believe Lexus stories about chip shortage when eBay is selling NX key fobs for under £50? Card Keys are even less. OK they do not have the latest versions for sale but I have been told they have programmed them and just awaiting a new NX to fully test them. Expected in a short time. I suspect they are being sourced in Turkey but if they work - why not? So what is the true purpose behind the Lexus “excuses”? Why are they p******g off their customers? Just see the current opinions in TrustPilot. One customer already talking to DailyMail and taking legal action. After keeping us waiting a year or more for the car they continue to hold us over a barrel waiting for keys.
  20. Frankly after less than one week, I am now beginning to regret buying Lexus. Ok they will fit bolts in around 2 weeks but absolutely no progress on keys. I expected at least 2 keys, would have been quite happy with one card key and one fob, but only one key is simply not good enough. We leave for 3 months in Spain in October and dealer hoped to persuade Lexus U.K. to release the second fob before we left. My wife is simply afraid to take the key in case she loses it. A good friend was hijacked by someone she thought was police and had her handbag forcibly removed including passport and Keys. Passport easily replaced and her husband had spare keys - this was not a Lexus! Lexus has just given a flat No and when I wrote complaining has so far made no reply. So I may be forced to hire a car for 3 months. Wish I had just told dealer to stuff it. Lovely car but hopeless service. I have just learned that we Cannot Trust Lexus.
  21. I found that whenever there was a change in app progress, I got an email. So app not much use ….
  22. It updates whenever the ship nears some land where its ID transmission can be received. It was a little sparse when crossing Indian Ocean but only a couple of days to wait for update. You can pay for satellite updates but I felt it not worth it. It is possible to estimate fairly accurately knowing previous location and speed. It will be in Suez in 3 days
  23. I did get the printed manual when I collected the car two days ago. No bolts, No 2nd fob, No card key. I did see another report that the manual was produced within 2 days after complaint.
