    We had our 2021 NX put in for service at beginning of the year and it turned out it needed 3 new tyres! (One had nail in non repairable spot, the other two had holes down to wire??) Anyway, as in for a service, I agreed for Lexus to replace the 3. We went for same as it came with, 3 x yokahama's. Plus the tracking got corrected. Since then, the mpg has been back up to over 40mpg every trip. I think yokahama are just fine. Car is, as always had been, smooth and refined (but now with better mpg again 😆)

    On the Lexus e-store, it says the map update is £119! I thought it was free? Any help appreciated 🙏

    We would never have put an order in for our new NX unless we had a deal in place first?! We ordered 30th September 22 and price was locked in (just before they all went up on 1st October 22). Can't believe your being made to wait until delivered.

    I finally got my ordered NX to show on the Lexus Link app/My Lexus! It turned out that the salesman that took our order, hadn't entered our email address on the order form! He said "possibly due to an administrative error" this occurred! As email address was same as one I already use for our current NX, I simply logged out and logged back in and, hay presto, our 'purchased' NX350H appeared!

    This is what it says when I look at the order for our NX. Ordered 30th September 22, most recent update from dealer is delivery for October 23 😟 (pushed back from Aug 23) Can anyone tell me if the below just means they have our order or if its moved forward at all?? I thought things were supposed to be speeding up.....

    Our dealer told us this week that our order fro 30th September 22 has also been pushed back to October 23...

    Oh! I had no knowledge of the FWD being a lot quicker to deliver! I may have considered this option had I been made aware!

    As far as I was was aware, it isn't just £1000 more for upgrade to 14"screen and AWD. I thought it was in the thousands more? It was when we ordered for sure. The FWD is a fair bit cheaper than AWD. Also, where abouts in the UK did you manage to order a NX which will be delivered by December this year? I ordered NX AWD Premium pack with Lexus Link Pro and electric seat pack in September 22 and I've been told delivery won't be until October this year at earliest! I'd be interested to know where abouts you are.

    Hi, I am yet to work out how to add my factory order to my Lexus account! I have an order number from the dealer and they said this is all I'd need but I can't see where to add it? I have our current NX added in the garage but to add another vehicle I'd need VIN or registration number for new vehicle which I obviously don't have?! Any advice much appreciated 🙏

    We got build date and eta for delivery from our dealer. I ask them for an update periodically and they just say its still showing as July build and September delivery. Assuming they can look it up on their system? We would leave ours at dealers until September 1st also.

    We ordered our NX350H on September 30th 2022. We have a build date of July 23 with estimated delivery in September 2023. I wonder if these dates will move forward now that issues are easing? Did anyone else order in September 22? If so, have you been given a earlier delivery date or still estimated 12 month wait? Dealer isn't very helpful!

    Hi Michael, we order 350h AWD Premium pack with Lexus link pro/Electric seat pack. It contained 20 extras in total. Now on offer is the Premium pack, Premium pack with Pan roof and then it skips to Premium pack plus? Its odd as neither of the first two packs contain the 14inch screen or electric seats that we specified?!

    I notice that the specification we ordered back in September 22 is no longer available! Hope this doesn't effect our order which is due to be built in July with delivery in late August 23

    That's the exact spec and colour we went for! 350h Graphite Black, Premium pack, Lexus link pro with electric seats! Good choice! Be interesting to know what deal you got? We ordered 30th September 22. Build date estimated for July 23 with ETA at dealer for end August/begin Sept We went for red seats this time as already have 300h in Graphite Black/black seats 😉

    We ordered September 22 and we were told at time the price was locked in. We ordered the day before the prices went up in October 22! I would imagine this statement refers to new orders one they start accepting them again

    Hi VJ25, we also got a good deal on our 350h. Price literally went up around £5k the following day! Been looking at various brands, BMW, Audi, Mercedes. Trouble is, like you said, it's trying to find a vehicle that matches at the same price point. Had we have ordered the 350h and taken quick delivery of it, we most likely wouldn't even be questioning our decision....

    I must admit, I am getting a little impatient waiting for our new NX350H! I know we only placed the order in September 2022 but the thought of having to wait until September this year is killing me! I'm starting to look at other brands now too.....
