  1. Thing is, when you look up average prices for is make/model, the price Lexus offering him is actually alright! Especially when you consider they have to make some sort of profit.
  2. Oh that’s a shame I was really hoping ours had somehow bypassed Derby 😆 And considering we’ve already been waiting 12 months, 2 weeks some how seems such a long wait 😫 Waiting is not fun 😠 😊

  4. Can I ask what car your trading in? Such a big drop in price in only a few months?! And how on earth did you only order your Lexus in April this year and are already receiving it? We ordered ours September last year and we won’t be collecting ours for weeks still! Weird but congratulations 🥳
  5. Hi 👋 Our ship has just docked at Portbury 🥳 Could someone kindly remind me how long we are looking at waiting for delivery to our local dealer from this point? I know the car has to go to Derby but just wondered how long it will take? Thanks 😊

  7. You’re so lucky! As far as I know my car is stuck on a ship at a port in Brussels! Been there a few days now so no idea when we’ll get ours! I wish our car had come over on the same ship as yours! My app still says ‘left the factory’ 😒
  8. Just looked at ships location and it’s now saying it’s due in at Brixham port at 8pm this evening? I didn’t even know Brixham had the capacity for a larger cargo ship? Will be interesting to see if it does actually dock here later on…
  9. Hi. Well as I have been watching the ships progress, it was stating that its final destination was Portbury and its ETA was Saturday 26th August at 19.00. Then, it seemed to come to a stop, turn around and its new location is being quoted as Zeebrugee in Brussels! If this port is its final destination, why would our car be unloaded there? Maybe it has to get on another ship? Very strange as Lexus customer relations told me in an email a couple of weeks ago that the ship is due to dock in Portbury by 5th September? 🤷🏻‍♀️
  10. I have been tracking the ship our car is on and yesterday evening it made it all the way up towards the Bristol Channel. Got excited as the end was sun sight but then it went and did a u-turn and is now headed for a port in Brussels! I don’t think it even went to the port in Bristol (unless I missed something). Why would it make it all the way towards the intended port and then turn around?? I’m very confused 🫤 The ship name is Freesia Leader if anyone what’s to help…….
  11. The ship my 350h is on is due to dock at Portbury this Saturday at midday 🥳 🎉 Fingers crossed we should be getting a call from our dealer in the next few weeks🤞 That would be a 12 month wait. Think I may actually miss watching the ships progress across the seas 😂

  13. Congratulations on your purchase! We regularly drive motorway/country lanes (New Forest) and get around 42mpg on average. Never falls below 40 but never 50! Happy motoring 😊

  16. I went onto the link you provided and located our ship name. It says that its ETA is 25/08/23? Do you know if this is the date it’s due to dock at Bristol? We were told by Lexus it’s due 05/09/23??

  20. It’s on the Freesia Leader which is due to dock at Portbury dock on the 5/09/23. They said it should be at Southampton for collection by 29 September. I got nowhere with dealer either so I simply emailed Lexus Customer Relations at: cr@toyota.co.uk and they replied almost straight away with all the details!
  21. Well, I contacted Lexus via this email address this afternoon and literally got a reply within an hour! I now have the ship name etc but I have no idea how to track it?
  22. Apparently not! I’ve asked a couple of times and they just keep telling me the app/my Lexus thing is only way to track 🙄 so blooming frustrating
  23. It’s a nightmare isn’t it! To be honest, we are being told our cars built and it’s on a ship but without being able to track it ourselves, who knows 🤷🏻‍♀️ Only time will tell…..
  24. That would be crazy if you receive your car before others that have been waiting 12 months plus! We ordered September 22 and have been told the car is built and on its way. Delivery will be end of September. Not sure why or how your vehicle seems to have skipped the queue! Not your fault of course, but Lexus are really annoying me at this point 😠 They have majorly messed up the NX orders and deliveries since it launched 👎
  25. I hope this means we will see ours soon then! We ordered September 22 and have been told that our car is in build. That was in beginning of July and we’ve heard nothing since ( and they only told us this after we emailed them for an update). To be honest, I’m pretty fed up and disappointed with how Lexus has treated us during our ‘wait’. If I don’t keep asking for an update, they have completely ignored us! And the app is totally useless too, it’s never updated! I see others that ordered around same time as us are now getting emails from their dealerships telling them their cars will be ready soon. Why are theirs nearly ready and why do there salespeople keep them updated? We’ve not had one email from our salesman/dealership unless it was a reply to our emails. Very annoying. Does make me feel like we are less important to them than other customers 😞 We will just have to keep waiting I guess.
