  1. Hi Linas. Do you still have interior? And is it for sale? Send me some pictures to pm if you can. Thanks
  2. i have used JapEuro car parts in Birmingham. They do have oem and aftermarket pumps and belts. I would go with oem as i had bad experiences with aftermarket pump failling after 1500 miles. Replaced it with oem pump and its good to use oem toyota pink coolant. Also i have replaced my radiator before which i got from ebay, fittment was good and it doesnt leak.
  3. No problem. There are no actuall holes there. Its just all dirt blocks under the plastic covers and water gathers and leaks over the rubber seal into the boot. I always check after heavy rain that carpet above rear screen is dry as its a good indicator. Carefully take the plastics off or at least try a good jet wash first.
  4. Hi. I can assure your water in boot problem is in blocked trunk drains. I had similar issue when its was blocked and caused water to leak into boot above amp. Basically when you open boot on bot sides you have plastic cover that cover drainage area for boot. Ideally you want to take both plastic pieces off and clean all dirt and leafes from there. Mine was ok after up close jet wash through there bellow rear screen. In relation to your engine and steaming up issues. Check if your passenger side floor under mat is not wet as it could be blocked ac drain. Also check under dash if the screen is leaking inside. Engine issue could be also related if engine oil level is too low, had some cars before have cam fault when oil level was too low. Hope that helps.
  5. Recently replaced my rears with Continental sport contact 7. Went down a size to 235/40 in the rear. Continentals still cheaper than Pilot sports and have been voted best UHP tyre 2 years in a row. Personaly i find it has amazing wet grip, even better dry grip, tyres are not noisy and sidewall is still soft and car doesnt lose its comfort and ofcourse the mpg's have become better with smaller tyre in the rear. Cant wait to wear the fronts and swap fronts with same Continentals.
  6. Great work as always Ahmed. But is it just a picture angle or seats look very tight fit inside 250?
  7. Hi Vlad, the only way to spray it in there was through the breather hose as if you remove the inlet hose the car just dies.. Will be interesting to see how it looks, anyway im determined to do some manual cleaning.
  8. As per @H3XME recomendation I have tried different product of Liqui Molly. He has generously given it to me to try and i think it worked. Its an Intake valve cleaner but its the one you spray into intake when the car is running. Did it when the car was running, holding it at 3.5k rpm and sprayed hole bottle inside the intake. Car was pouring some white smoke out and then took it for a test drive in manual mode and keeping revs high. It mainly helped to get rid of the egg smell from the cats it probably cleaned some of the carbon as well. But will take intake off soon so will see how 110k engine looks on the inside. Thanks again @H3XME
  9. Dont actualy see a real reason for this to be written off.. Sad for the owner to lose a car this way.
  10. very simple and basic thing to do on a spare time. Took me 30mins on the weekend. Cutting compound with machine, 2 passes and protected by generic ceramic coating.
  11. @Yorkie740Thats a really nice IS mate! Could you share some details on the headlights and what lip is there on the front just bellow the SR lip? Headlights look that they have black housing on the inside.
  12. Well to find the door switch lose was a relief for me as the switch is not faulty. So at least now the door will turn interior lights and will not lock itself with the door being open. But yeah as you said could be something messed up by previous owner, maybe handle was changed.. But the button on the handle works no issues. Even had a missing key lock cap replaced today 15.49 at lexus and its paint matched.
  13. Hi, does anyone know a breakers or have the famous sills for sale for a reasonable price?
  14. Yes door switch was my suspision as it looked faulty. Only came to find today that the screw holding it in was lose and there was no ground to switch.. Once tightened the indicator shows that door is open. But still drivers side keyless entry doesnt work.... Only passanger one works. Anyone had this issue?
