Welcome to the club.I had the same problem with a Scorpio I once had,a new Viscose coupling fixed the overheating problem Had the auto box drained because the oil was brown,box cleaned, new fluid put in,problem solved Let us know how you get on -

The manager of one of our local garages,lives opposite me and took Lexi in for its M.O.T. first thing Thurs and returned it complete with new Certificate. Now, he drives a B*W M3, and when asked if he used the indicators, he gave me a quizical look The Upshot of it was, he was very impressed with Lexi,and how comfortable and quiet she is,so much so, he might think of getting one next time he needs a new car. A convert perhaps?

I was operating 98,but as it was not SE,the adsl modem wouldn't configure, so had to reformat the hard drive completely to get rid of a boot virus that both Panda Platinum and Norton couldn't get rid of,and reload XP.The XP mag say's they have run XP on 32 RAM OK . The only other programmes on this PC are Quicken, Norton and Zone alarm Pro

Thanks for the replies every one. If I can increase the size of the swap file will that increase the speed? Damn insurance assessors and Dixons are dragging their feet on this, I have been waiting since the end of June for a new replacement PC, Shall have to ring them yet again to-morrow,they must surely be getting p***ed off with me and my moans. Only took 3 days for the TV replacement,why this long for my PC. Sorry Rant over

For all you PC experts out there. Is the download speed also reliant on what RAM you have or the front bus speed,or both. My last PC had 256 RAM,and was a lot faster than this temporary replacement, at only 64 RAM. My Broadband speed is 2.2Mbps

I'm sure we had a similar post to this some time ago,but here goes anyway 1 Reliability. 2 Every extra on other prestige cars come as standard on a Lexus. 3 The build quality, the Lexus feels and also looks a solid car. 4 Comfort, the Lexus is the only car I have driven from Wesr Dorset to North Yorks and not got out tired and /or stiff. 5 The WOW factor,the Lexus certainly turns heads.

I haven't been on regularly for the past 6 weeks or so, due to pc blowing up at the end of June,(am still waiting for a new one),and have at last got my adsl sorted,and the boot virus eliminated from this antiquated machine I had in the loft. During this time I was absent,what did I miss,if anything :duh:
