  1. I noticed last week that none of my cig ports work, but the nearby usb port have power. I have a dash cam fitted (by lexus) - no idea whats going on. do the usb ports have different fuses than the cig lighters?
  2. sure, you can use the app. there should be a cable at the back of the mount which goes to the rear camera.
  3. you can take the sd card out or take the whole front camera from the holder and plug it into a computer. there will be separate files for front and rear
  4. I don't understand why the Lexus app doesn't warn you that the battery is low. My 66 plate Mercedes had this feature (and warned me couple of times during Covid).
  5. the immobiliser will not stop somebody dismantling your car. no issues with battery on my ghost - it is a passive device unlike a tracker (which is active even when the car is off)
  6. There are some answers in this forum: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/nx-2nd-gen-2022-current/988134-dashcam-install-in-driver-side-fuse-panel.html I think in my Lexus they put it into the 15A socket (wiper)
  7. my lexus-fitted dashcam (nextbase) broke after couple of months: more exactly - the hardwire kit failed (fuses just blew). they said it was due to some incorrect tracker / ghost installation (seems to come off the same fuse). anyway: I got a free hardwire kit replacement from nextbase, and the Lexus garage re-fitted the hardwire kit - for FREE. no issues with the ghost itself.
  8. same here, safety kit is too big to fit under the boot cover. just sloppy design, not "takumi" (artisan) in my view 🙂
  9. I have a airtag hidden in the car - it is quite handy even if you don’t use it as deterrent. Peter
  10. no battery issue with my 350h. my understanding is that the ghost is a passive component which only springs into live once you start the car (unlike a tracker).
  11. my scorpion tracker in my 350 hybrid gave me errors like "vehicle movement while battery disconnect", "movement while engine off". and every time this happens, you get an automated call. also, sometimes recorded journey - sometimes not (so the device was working fine for some routes, and then stopped). the installer came out 3 times to sort it ("can't connect to gps - device not pointing correctly", out or to "re-solder it" (apparently it is soldered in) - never made a difference. also scorpion couldn't find an issue with the device. when I requested a refund, I first had to chase the installer for a refund, and then scorpion track - which didn't want to refund the subscription cost (or just partial refund, because I already "had used the device for couple of months"). I just recommend: if you go down the scorpion route - don't do a life time subscription or like me a 3 year subscription.
  12. Annoyingly - I only realized after I got my NX350h that the dealer didn't even include a boot liner (carpet) as part of my Takumi NX. anyway, I am trying to decide if there is a good aftermarket option or If I should go for the overpriced genuine ones. I wouldn't mind a rubber one. * PW241-78002 NXP2: this is the genuine rubber one. seems very expensive (£100) and looks very flimsy. in the USA they have a different boot liner which is much better plastic - but not available here (PT908-78220-02) https://lexuspartsdirect.co.uk/product/lexus-nx-phase-2-boot-liner/ * Genuine carpet: PT206-78225-50 NXP2 https://lexuspartsdirect.co.uk/product/lexus-nx-phase-2-boot-mat/. I couldn't find any picture how this actually looks, seems to have the logo on it. £80 * I had a look at these people, but the template they sent me does not fit at all: https://www.carmats4u.com/to-fit-lexus-nx-including-hybrid-2021-onwards-durable-rubber-boot-mat.html. any recommendations? Peter
  13. I got it installed by these people: https://ghostinstallations.co.uk/ - no issues with the device. I also got them to fit a scorpion tracker which did not work at all, and I think is not compatible with the hyprid lexus.
  14. No issue with my iphone 13 pro max with case
