  1. My gearbox isn't a mega issue for me although i did get the clunk from 1st to 2nd on the odd accation but most of all the whining noise. To try and cure this i used ZX1 which is an addative and i think its great stuff and so far its spot on and not been a problem.

  2. heard a faint screaming noice from the engine it done 70'000 had a belt but not the tensinor do thay bugger up??

got a flat batt only noted after bump starting then took it for a run but is the same??

I had my belt done at 95.000 i was told by the dealer that did it that the tensioner is not required so can only assume they dont fail :)

  3. Ah mr pro-lex nice to speak to you i am still awaiting a product from yourself which was also suppose to be a immediate sale item that i orded a week ago and have not yet recieved but never mind all that do you offer a discount to gold members for one of your manifolds?

  4. post-7570-1120672762.jpgpost-7570-1120672784.jpgWell goodridge brake lines and ebc greenstuff front and rear pads have arrived 2day brake lines are top quality and first set goodridge have made for the is200.Iam planning to fit them at the weekend thinking of taking some pics and maybe do a how to if anyones interested

Tell me the date of manufacturing of the brake lines. It is printed on the banderole.

What does "first set for is200" mean? Are they very old?

Goodridge had them listed on there website but was told by the sales team they have never made a set for the is200 before so these would be the first for that model. As for a date they have been made in the last two weeks.

  6. Hi all orded some goodridge hoses last night on the net and today i got a call from one of the guys telling me that the hoses where only availible with zinc plated steel fittings. The lines themselves are stainless steel which is ok for me he said there is not enough demand to make the fittings in stainless. The kit is well cheap at £51.70inc vat but plus delivery colours also cost extra. You have a choice of 14 colours. I spoke to the chap of a posiible group buy and he will offer a 10% discount if there is enough interest .Im going to wait until mine have arived the i can put some pics on to show you all(could be 14 days as they have never made a set for the is200)
