    Just to update on this . Changed rear discs and pads and sent the car for a retest today . It' passed no problem. Thanks all for your input and help .

    Only doing discs and pads. So once slight contact with of the inside of the hub is made , do you back it off a few turns then ?

    Can I just ask what you done in relation to adjusting parking brake cog wheel inside hub ? Did you do any adjustments or just leave it as it was and replace discs / pads without any need to adjust ?

    Well at long last , a let down:( Failed the NCT yesterday on my 2016 F sport , rear discs require replacing. Flew it on everything else. To be honest the rear discs dont even look that bad . But seemingly insufficient contact on the inner side of the rears with the pad. Anyhow , I managed to get a good deal on a set of rear discs and pads online (150euro all in ) , I'll replace when I get a free day . 100kmiles on the original rear discs before a fail isn't bad in my eyes either.     Any of you detailing pro's out there have a fix for this ? It's like a small wear mark in my is300h f sport driver seat . Anyone ever tried leather dye for something like this

    Are you running your aircon ? My IS300H has done this for the last 2 years after shutdown if I have been running the aircon on a long journey. I think it's normal

    Has anyone come across this before ? I've had my Is300h serviced this year and last year at Lexus and on both occasions the mileage reading for the service report invoice and hybrid health check report are different . Lexus don't seem to have any answers for Me other than the readings are taken from the ECU. Also the model of car is different on the reports Service report states mileage 106000miles - F sport Hybrid Health check report states 102000 miles - Luxury model

    Anyone have this before? This Is my second occurance of this on my 2016 FSport IS300H. The boot took 3 or 4 attempts to close (as it the latch taking hold )

    How much are you paying for the 10 year warranty and what are the stipulations behind the warranty? Mileage etc . I'm interested in this warranty

    This might be a stupid question but is this 10 year extended warranty available in Ireland ? My 2016 IS300H F Sport only gets its annual warranty now every service and this can continue up to 185 000kms to my knowledge. Is it after this mileage I can avail of the extended warranty?

    This was the inner wall of my rears on my IS300H. Had both rears replaced and a full 4 wheel alignment and all seems to be wearing well since . Seemingly the tyre guy said it was tracking off in the rear

    Reviving this thread . Exactly the same section of rust/corrison on my IS300H F Sport 2016 model . Trying some Waxol spray on it at the weekend and giving the area a bit of a clean up

    Just wondering has anybody experienced major problems or part failure in your ownership of a IS300H? Online reading reveals very little in the way of these cars having issues with part failure . Granted the leaking water pump seems to be a blip but apart from that alot of owners seem to be on original parts at 100k plus miles

    Seem to have an area of condensation at base of rear window which never goes . This morning it was actually frozen internally along this strip of condensation. Just at base of rear window . Car is dry internally . Anyone experience this on their IS300H?

    Thanks all for the replies . Lexus have asked me to drop the car in for a re scan of the ECU to see what mileage is showing and Is the ECU faulty . The ECU is not faulty in my eyes, it was a mistake on their behalf . I will be bringing all my relevant paper work to ensure the Relax warranty coverage is adjusted accordingly 👌

    Might not matter much in the grand scheme of things but my Lexus Relax Warranty is governed by incorrect mileage 😞 . The email I received from Lexus Relax about returning my car for its next service to keep the Warranty cover is 15000kms from the the mileage printed on the service sheet . Not the mileage stamped in the service book . So I now have to return the car 5300kms early for a service to keep Lexus Relax warranty cover on the car
