It’s a Lexus dealer, it was second hand though. Does this still apply? I reported it within 3 days and he just kind of said it’s a common issue. Best to just push it and say I want it sorted?

Hi, recently bought IS300h off a dealer. The drivers side window whistles like the window is slightly open (but it isn’t) I asked the guy who sold it to me and he said it’s kind of a known issue and there’s nothing that can be done about it. Anyone had this or know how to fix it? will this come under warrenty? I couldn’t test drive as I didn’t have a licence card at the time, and needed the car quickly.
