  1. I would have no idea.If you want to know, try googling it.
  2. According to tonight's"Have I Got News For You", some older multistorey carparks may be in danger of collapse because of the weight of electric cars. Another great selling feature of milk floats.
  3. Problem solved,..Waterfall Art Print by M.C. Escher | King & McGaw
  4. I didn't know the new Lexus LM came in green
  5. I use Autoglym leather balm on the seat facings only. That is the only leather in the car apart from the steering wheel and about 2 square inches on the gearlever. The rest of the surfaces-dash,door linings, armrests etc are all plastic or vinyl with a "leather grain"so that's where to use vinyl and rubber spray. Don't overpolish it or the surface gets too shiny.
  6. Read the manual..you'll find out how to adjust the sensitivity (and many other useful things).
  7. Spider/fly lurking inside and triggering the alarm?
  8. I'd second that, brilliant bit of kit, unlike Carlinkit... doesn't work an neither does their customer service.
  9. I suggest you administer a lead suppository...to the pigeon.
  10. I would have no idea.If you want to know, try googling it. I doubt if I will ever need one in my lifetime, although it would seem like a better alternative than driving a Tesla badged milk float.
  11. Peter here (north Hampshire) we do have an operative driving around and sitting in lay-bys.Unfortunately Hampshire CC haven't yet issued him with a Labrador and white stick ,as potholes appear at an alarming rate and only a very tiny number get repaired.
  12. I think on a recent post of yours John, you said high speeds could only be achieved by throwing the car out of an aeroplane.
  13. The way I read the site, bear in mind your £10 entry ticket is only valid for a 15 minute window either side of your booked arrival time, and,in any case is only valid for 3 hours.
  14. I've just come back from a week in Ireland, both North and South.I have never seen so many IS series Lexus, especially in Southern Ireland. It is apparent from many posts on here that Lexus are missing a huge gap in the market for small(ish) saloons to compete with 3 series/C class/A4.
  15. Speaking of dipsticks,my Porsche Cayman had no dipstick, just an electronic readout when you turned on the ignition. Also no coolant tank visible, again an electronic readout. The only access to fluids were filler caps in the rear boot for oil and water.
  16. As well as John's red roadster,I had a silver one.It cornered well ,as a lightweight mid engined car should. It wasn't particularly fast, but could be fast from a to b,given its handling.I found it tended to skip around about on bumpy roads. The handling tightened up a bit when I put the hardtop on in the winter. The alloy wheels corroded as fast as the car could corner..I think I had 5 replaced under warranty. My wife hated it and we didn't keep it that long and she chose the next car-a MercSLK 320. You can't compare a lightweight 2 seater roadster with a 4 door saloon.
  17. I bet that is the only time Range/Land Rover ever figured so much in a motoring top ten, given their reliability record.
  18. Is it petrol or could it be condensate from your air conditioning?Surely a petrol leak would occur further back towards the fuel tank.
  19. These damn things are breeding and mutating
  20. Buy yourself an AA wireless dongle. It instantly connects when you get into the car and switch it on.You willthen have constantly updated Waze/Google maps.DO NOT buy from Carlinkit ..their version did not work and their customer service is hopeless.
  21. It's a bit further up north than Oxford, but consider the Motor Museum at Gaydon, just off the M40.Plenty of parking, catering etc and a selection of British cars, even a few of them are interesting.
  22. Renato,as you are having problems with cats, you could help other members who have had their "cats" stolen. They could be donated to them to weld onto their exhausts .
