I have had my LBX since March but I'm still recovering from a stoke that I had last may so the car is getting used once a week . I went to use it last week and guess what dead as a dodo. AA came and did all the tests battery no charge at all the car then got taken to the dealership who had it 3 days and they came to the conclusion that the battery only wanted charging . ( I did have the car on charge before ringing the AA ) They said that I had to use the car for 40 minutes 3 times a week LOL I have read the handbook but I can't find anything stating that . The dealer also that I have to buy a trickle charger + other bits and bobs. So for me to have confidence in my brand new LBX I have had to buy these.

Great new's now you can de stress .

The LBX is on a temporary code at the moment which is (P) this should alter soon when the insurance companies assess the car and put in its proper category. That's why people are getting silly quotes which are very expensive hopefully this will all be resolved soon. I hope this helps .

I also went with the NFU to be fair because it was the only insurance company with a good reputation and hopefully the pricing will come down in the near future all being well . Good luck with your new LBX drive safe .

if Lexus want to sell the LBX to the younger customers they need to sort something out regarding cheaper insurance quotes or else the car will be a flop. it's expensive for a 66 year old with full no claims so the younger end haven't got a chance .

My LBX is already for collecting but i'am having it delivered to my home on Wednesday. I will post a photo when it arrives.

I've got my insurance with NFU at £600 it's a little pricey but you do get things added that you have to pay extra with other companies . And it's good to speak to actual person who was pleasant and polite .

Lexus insurance about £400 over price .

My LBX is at the dealership and will be ready for collection by the end of the week but I can't get insurance so no pick up for me.

Lexus Sheffield have stopped the complimentary insurance it must be the due to the cost .

NO I have been trying all morning it's still not on the data base . my car is due for pickup around Friday this week and I'm really getting P off and I'm getting very close to canceling the car.

I have just got this fro m Lexus customer services .it's looking more promising .

I've been on this for over a month now. I was in touch with Lexus customer service on Friday 23 and they said that it would be sorted by early this week I have been checking daily but it's not looking promising

My LBX was orderd in October and should be at the dealership this week as it's already at derby . The problem is that I can't insure it has it not on the insurers database .

Hello everyone .As anyone bought a boot cover for the new NX ?. I’m looking for one similar to the ones used by dog owners that completely covers all of the boot area so that I can transport my mountain bike. Needs to fit nice and snug. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone else feel like you are being led down the garden path ?. i ordered a NX350H with premium pack + link pro on the 19 of November 2021 with delivery being told in march then told June with a delivery date of 14 June to the Lexus dealership that didn’t happen. I then got in touch with Lexus uk and I got a promise of a August build yep you guessed it no build. I don’t think anyone at Lexus knows or cares about the customers that pre ordered.
