Hi all,
I had my vehicle in at Lexus Edinburgh for an unrelated issue (squeaky boot partition) and the Service Tech performed the OTA update on the car. I assume they have a local version in house and installed it that way.
What I noticed from the update is a new feature called Proactive Driving Assist (PDA). This is disabled by default and can be found inside the shortcut section in the main screen (the section where you can enable/disable other Driving Assistance Settings).
The feature is similar to enabling Adaptive Cruise Control with LTA but at a less intrusive manner. For instance, if the car feels you are getting too close to the car ahead, it will gradually apply the brakes to bring you back to a safe distance. It works great in most circumstances, although it struggles when there is parked cars on the side of the road (similar as to having ACC on).
I found this video in the Lexus YT channel and an article by JD Power which explains it in greater detail.

There are no other CarPlay/Android Auto update as mentioned by LSFT in Youtube offered OTA or through the service update.
I hope this is helpful!
