    Deal done! Have a delivery date booked for next Tuesday. Coincidentally that will be exactly a year to the day from my order.

    Update. As I just keep being told by the leasing company that they are waiting for Kinto, I thought I would call Kinto and ask them. After initially refusing to talk to me at all, they eventually told me that they (Kinto) were waiting on some documentation from the lease company. Kinto spoke to the lease company who have now emailed me to say that it is Toyota/Lexus Financial Services that they are waiting on! Ultimately, I am now paying for a car that nobody in the purchase/delivery chain will take responsibility for providing - God knows how this will get resolved!

    My car is at the dealership, contracts have been signed and agreed, I have made the initial lease payment and set up the direct debit for subsequent payments. Despite this, Kinto (Toyota's finance people?) aren't releasing the car and the lease company can't (won't?) tell me why. It seems as though they don't feel that actually providing a car at the end of the process is an obligation they need to fulfil! Ridiculously poor customer service from Kinto 😒

    Lexus Birmingham tell me that my car is due to them on Monday! Getting closer, fingers crossed. Just need to wait for the finance documentation to be finalised by the leasing company.

    I'm not sure if it's been explained, but why can't it be done here if it can be done there? Is there some technical difference?

    Quick reminder - those of us that have 2022 as the "Year of Lexus" in our profile, but have yet to take delivery need to update that to 2023. How many of us thought that would be necessary when we ordered?

    Does 450h have a USB connection in the armrest? I thought the only USBs in the front are near the wireless phone charger. In which case, you need the dongle where the phone would be, so I don't see what you're gaining, neatness-wise?

    Blimey - ordered September, delivered December. Congratulations! Good to hear that Lexus are trying to fill customer orders with demo cars - people are waiting long enough! I've ordered the dark rose interior too, so good to hear your thoughts on it. Any pictures would be appreciated.

    You're right - if they are failing to respond to direct contact then that is indeed poor service. Even if they have nothing new to tell you, if you've asked for an update then they should be telling you that.

    I guess there's an element of "damned if they do, damned if they don't" about it. They could give you an estimated delivery date every two weeks, but we all know from experience that it isn't worth anything. Or, they could wait till there's something worth telling you, in which case you feel neglected. I ordered through a lease company who did update me regularly, but this just led to frustration as the expected delivery date moved all over the place (see my previous posts). Eventually they told me that they would provide no further updates until they had a build date from Lexus, and maybe that's the best way to do it?

    I've been given a pick up date of 18th January so mine could well be on one of them!

    Yes. I just checked and there are no steering wheel locks that fit the NX 350h according to Amazon. I assume that their database hasn't been updated for the second generation NX yet and your real world guidance is clearly more up to date.

    When I look on Amazon it states that neither the Pro nor the Pro Elite fit the NX 350h?

    Please let us know. I've ordered Dark Rose interior too, I think, like you, as a change from the black interiors I've had for years. Nice Christmas present!

    I ordered in January and car has just been built. So, yes, I think lots of us have experienced a similar wait.
