How do you tell if you have the Coolwalk update?

Thanks to all who responded. It was, as Ken said, the child lock switch on the door edge. Why the car would have been delivered with one rear door child locked and one not is a valid question, but I still should have thought of that myself. Thanks, Ken, for saving me a potentially embarassing visit to the dealer 😀

Exactly why I don't like Apple - too locked down. If you want to do something that Apple haven't anticipated, or even do something in a different way to the "Apple way", you typically can't. Having said that, Microsoft Teams is the bane of my life and I would happily consign its designers to the nether regions of hell!

Just out for the first time this evening with two in the back of the car. For some reason, the rear driver side door just won't open from inside. Even pulling the catch twice won't open it. It opens fine from outside and all the other doors open OK. Anybody else had this issue?

I have a squeaky/creaky noise from the back of the car that I am almost certain is the rear parcel shelf flexing as the car moves. Short of removing the parcel shelf, I'm not sure what I can do about it?

Having worked in Essen for some time a few years ago, my advice would be - don't bother visiting Essen! But, it's near Cologne which is actually very nice.

I actually see 1/7, but whatever the other 6 pages are will remain forever a mystery as swiping right to left just toggles across to the "all trips" tab, there seems to be no way to see the other 6 pages.

Would reversing into the garage not have been a cheaper solution? 😉

Thank you - yes, I can see all trips now (well, all that it has registered, which is not all of them). Still can't see the maximum speed that period, but given that people are reporting it to be pretty inaccurate maybe that's OK.

I don't seem to see what people here are seeing on the app. I can see the last trip (but only the last trip, I can't see how you see trip history?), the location of my car (which gives an option to flash the hazard lights), a lock button and a climate control page. Where are people seeing their trip history and things like the maximum speed that week?

Thanks all. According to the handbook, and a quick visual inspection, I do indeed have the rear camera washer that operates with the rear window washer. I definitely used the rear window washer a few times last night though. Maybe I didn't operate it for long enough to reach the camera washer?

I didn't even know I had a rear camera washer. Do I?

Quick update. Still really like the way the car drives and am getting to grips with the technology. Like the native satnav, but played with Google Android today and it works seamlessly for me (wired, of course). The wireless charging pad seems to work perfectly as well when the phone isn't wired in. One negative. I gave my wife a lift to her school this evening to pick up something she'd forgotten. Due to congestion on the main roads, this involved some driving (6-7 miles) on country roads in wet and foggy conditions. When we got to my wife's school and I went to reverse into a parking space I got a message saying that the rear view camera was too dirty to function properly! This is a car that has done not much more than 50 miles in it's life. I can honestly say that I have never cleaned a rear view camera on any car I've ever owned, let alone after that amount of driving. Anybody else experienced this? Does it seem normal to people?

Just taken delivery of my 350h Premium Pack/Lexus Link Pro. Terrane Khaki exterior, dark rose interior. Only had a quick drive as had to get back to work, but seems very nice so far 😁

I am picking up my 350h on Tuesday, which will be exactly a year to the day from ordering it. Average time from going into build to delivery seems to be around 8 weeks so as Apepat says you probably should expect an April/May build date.

I checked ALA yesterday - they do seem to be the cheapest. In case people use them, I got a quote and then left the site - they mailed me a 5% off voucher. I then took another look and left the site again and they mailed me a 10% off voucher. Brings the 3 year total loss gap insurance for my lease car down to just over £100.
