  1. I did the same as Neil and purchased the voltage meter for £6.49. After 2 x 20 minute drives yesterday it showed 11.8v. I took my multimeter and tested across the battery terminals and the reading was 11.94 so the device was showing .14v light. Today I again did 2 x 20 minute journeys. The battery voltage at the terminals is 11.96v. The voltage when charging is 14.4v I am concerned that a normal voltage for a fully charged car battery is 12.8v. Lexus had the car for a day last month after I had to call the AA out when the battery went flat sitting on my drive for 8 days over Christmas. Lexus said the battery is perfect and everything is working as expected and no unexpected drain occurring. I am interested to learn if anyone thinks this can be considered normal voltage for a supposedly ‘healthy’ battery?
  2. When I bought my UX in 2020 the Takumi was just over the £40k so I got the Premium Plus pack and safety etc. With the NX it was already well over the £40k so I went for the Takumi and love the extras that brought with it.😬
  3. This was covered in this thread last October - my experience is included having owned both cars. https://www.lexusownersclub.co.uk/forum/topic/145070-is-it-worth-buying-the-lower-version-of-the-350h/#comment-1311798 A further point - my annual Road Tax on the NX left my account today - £ 560😱 There is a surcharge included for the car having a list price of over £40k. My UX was just under the limit.
  4. Had my 4 door handles replaced in December and this morning it is -2 so I went out to check the doors. All 4 opened immediately!😬 This solves an issue I have had for the last 2 winters. Just the issue of the 12v battery dying now…… 🙄 scheduled to be looked at later in January.
  5. Had my doors fixed yesterday. Prior to that I had to use warm water on two occasions in the last few weeks. I put the warm water in a flask and took it with me in case it froze again at my destination.
  6. Had to go out with a jug of warm water yesterday. Service booked for 5 Dec and they ordered my replacement handles a month ago but can’t guarantee that the parts will be here in time. 🤞
  7. Just search for another destination and when selected it will ask you if this is to become a new destination or an interim waypoint (I’m paraphrasing what the actual words are). The time to destination shown is that of the first stop until you arrive. It works pretty seamlessly for us.
  8. I would expect any brand new set of tyres to be quieter than worn ones because there is more depth to the tread. Mine have 19000 miles on them and I think they have got noisier with tread wear. Again, it is anecdotal and subjective though.
  9. Tried it from the outside and got the same message that this vehicle doesn’t support Remote Park.
  10. No issue with mine (2022 NX 350H Takumi) as I used it yesterday and today. I am in line of sight of it and about 30-40 feet away.
  11. My unsuccessful try is with IOS 17 and Remote Park Europe V 1.3.0
  12. We had the UX and changed to the NX simply because of needing to accommodate luggage for our grandson. On picking my daughter up from hospital we couldn’t get the whole pushchair in the boot! NX all the way!
  13. My Asda one was £284.
  14. I had a puncture last February Ken and had to wait 4 days for a replacement tyre from Asda Glasgow. (I was visiting Glasgow). Did you get a replacement straight away?
  15. My 2022 NX Takumi is fully ready for Remote Parking as it got as far as to ask me to exit the car with the key fob to use it. Unfortunately the Remote Parking App would not connect to the car for some reason.
  16. I have a 2022 NX 350h Takumi on 20 inch Bridgestone run flats. I think the run flats are noisier than standard tyres but I am happy to have them given the number of potholes. One recent observation is that the car glides, and the suspension is a joy, when there are 4 adults in the car rather than just 2. It also glides when laden with luggage and just 2 passengers.
  17. Good suggestion. I am Apple and have 4.18.1
  18. Bill, That sounds more like an account issue because my problem is that it was always asking to log on again - logging on fixed the issue but then it would ask again next journey.
  19. That’s very strange Ken…. I haven’t had a problem since 4.18.1 🤞 I assume you have checked for updates in the menu? Also strange that I didn’t get 4.18.0 - maybe that was for 450+ models only? I am 350h
  20. I have re entered my password again. I looked at the Lexus Link App on the AppStore and noted that it had a software update yesterday (31 July). Hopefully this is why it was required to be re entered. If not, I am back to square one. Time will tell….
  21. Hi Colin. Have you scratched your thumb nail on the glass near a corner? If it moves smoothly like polished glass then there is no film. If your nail meets resistance I would conclude that there is still film on it. I didn’t see the film at all until it bubbled in the heat last summer.
  22. It is not just a Lexus owners problem. I searched the web and found that Toyota owners suffer the same problem…. Must be a shared software. 🤬
  23. I have spent the last few weeks repeatedly entering my Lexus password at the end of the journey. I cancel many times within the journey but it keeps popping up. Like others, I have shortened my password to make it easier but this annoyance is spoiling my enjoyment of the car after 18 months and 16,000 miles!🤬 Does anyone have a fix - before I register a complaint with the dealer?
  24. Have you checked that you don’t still have the protective film on the screen? I had a year of struggling to enter upper case letters before the dealer looked at the screen bubbling up and said it was the film that should have been removed at delivery. Upper case works every time since!
