You can change the speed of the manoeuvring in the vehicle settings, so when you have it on the "fast" setting it is comparable to speeds when under human control. Just find a car park where there are a lot of free consecutive spaces to try it out. There is a good tutorial here at 2:04:35

To send navigation destinations to your multimedia system you will need the NaviBridge app installed on your Android phone (it is available in the Play Store) - it works really well. Agree with the problem of having to manually turn down audio volume to use the "hey Lexus" voice command - there does not appear to be a work around for this (I have fed this issue back to my dealer). Likewise, I have the same problem with manually reconnecting my phone manually after using Android Auto - I cant find a solution for this either.

Depends on which feature you are referring to. I have tried the Advanced Parking mode where you are sat in the car and the car takes over and moves into a parking spot. The proposed remote parking feature where you are outside the car is now on hold and has not been rolled out. The Advanced Parking mode works well in well marked parking bays, but not sure that you could use it to park in your garage.

Best solution I've found for speed camera/traffic/congestion warnings is to install the Radarbot app onto my Android Phone. It integrates well with Android Auto, so I use this for navigation. When sounding a warning, the app dims the radio/audio that is playing so the warning is loud and clear. There is a good, clear graphic overlaid on the map that shows distance to the speed camera and a level of confidence as to whether the camera is active or not.

Yes, I had this experience earlier this week as well. I was primary profile, then added a profile for my wife. We both got emails telling us that connected services entitlements had been transferred to another account (my wife never even tried to enabled the connected services). Workaround was to deactivate the smart services and connected services in the app for my profile, the re-activate them. Profiles now successfully added, both profiles load when we use our respective keys, but the presets for the seats, steering wheel etc don't initialise, so we have to adjust them manually.

I noticed today that after driving my new NX 450+h there is fluid discharge from underneath the chassis. The discharge (which I think is water) comes from a recess located underneath the front passenger footwell. I drove the car to the dealer and showed them the issue. They told me that it is just water that condenses around Air-Con system and expected behaviour. There is a lot of fluid discharge, I have never seen this with any of my previous cars that had air-con. Has any other NX owners seen the same symptoms?

On the Northside Lexus NX Part 2 - Deep Dive Tutorial on Youtube, the presenter shows how you can start your car remotely from the Lexus phone app. I can't find that interface anywhere in the app. Is this feature regional i.e North America only or is it confined to the iPhone app (I am using the Android version)?

I updated the app yesterday. This morning, I find that my Lexus is no longer listed in My Vehicles section of the My Lexus app (or website). I had to go through the process of doing the initial set-up of the multimedia system and My Lexus app this morning. Me and the tech are going to fall out in a significant way, I feel.

First impressions and all that, but I have to say that my first impression of my NX 450+h which I picked up today is that the vehicle is an absolute dream to drive, but the app and the infotainment system is something of a bag of spanners. Admittedly, I haven't yet tried the Android Auto or Apple Car-Play, but so far all the negatives relate to the tech. My last car was a Peugeot 3008 (which I LOVED, but is light years behind my NX in terms of driver comfort). Even with its frustrating infotainment system, the Peugeot still warned me in no uncertain terms that I was fast approaching a speed camera or drifting our of you lane (i.e "you haven't indicated before overtaking you dipstick"). So far, I haven't been able to get my top level trim NX 450+h Takumi to offer anything above an anaemic bleep that a fixed speed camera is ahead (which is drowned out by the Teutonic stylings of my Rammstein playlist) and the Lane Keep Assist is nothing more than a vague hint in the HUD that something is awry. TBH, my wife does a far better job of alerting me to my driving transgressions (which are shrill and consistent) unlike the "warnings" from the NX system which have all the urgency and menace of a kitten stretching out in the noon-day sun. Am I doing something wrong (apart from driving like a pratt) or is there anyway to make the warnings more wife-like?

These updates really need a proper Change Log, as @Hillie says the update just says "Minor Improvements and bug fixes". There doesn't seem to be any new functionality AFAICT.

Picked up mine this morning. The handover was very professional from the team at Coventry Lexus dealer. Very happy with the car so far...that digital mirror takes a lot of getting used-to though!

Fingers crossed! They first offered to arrange collection tomorrow, but work commitments meant that I couldn't make the appointment time - they stated that they could place an urgent request to get the car delivered from their central hub. Am not sure how this timeline is possible - the car only landed in UK 5 days ago (according to the dealer) but everything I've read on here indicates a 2-4 week gap between UK entry and handover. Anyway, good luck and keep us posted!

Just had a call from my dealership. Vehicle can be collected on Monday morning 😃. Vehicle is an NX 450+h Takumi, Terrine Khaki with Dark Rosewood interior, ordered on 21/1/2022. Vehicle will be delivered within the timeframe initially promised by dealer.

Update from my dealer (for NX 450h+ Takumi ordered 21/1/2022). The vehicle arrived in UK yesterday; they are looking to do a handover to me at end of this month - they previously told me that vehicle would arrive in UK 22/7/22 so I was expecting a handover in mid-August.

My dealer's last ETA in UK was 22nd July; looking at the resource you provided the vessel Goodwood arrives at Portbury on 22nd July. I am scheduled to be driving down to south of France on Friday 5th August; am doubtful I will get my NX before then - I think it up to a month to get from Portbury to delears?

Has your dealer not got an estimated date of UK arrival in their system? I ordered 11 days after you and have a UK ETA of 22/7.

I was advised round about the 20th May that the car had gone into build. The vehicle is still not showing in the app, but when I went into the dealership this week the manager showed me his computer tracker system and it stated that delivery was estimated on 22nd July 2022. Unfortunately the system doesn't show where in the process the vehicle currently is, so no idea if it is still at the factory or on a ship.

I think 450h+ are being built sooner and this timeline for a 450 looks about right. Update from my dealer regarding the NX 450h+ Takumi ordered on 21/1/2022. System is now showing expected delivery date of 22/7/2022.

I may get my NX 450h+ before I go on holiday. I will be staying at a very remote farmhouse in South of France. Any idea if it is safe to charge the car from the French domestic leccy supply and what I will need to do this? Can I use the Lexus supplied UK 3-pin cable with a 2-pin adapter, or will I need a new 2-pin charging cable?

My dealer told me at the weekend that my NX 450h+ is now in build with estimated delivery of July/Aug. Vehicle ordered 21/1/2022.

I got a call from my dealer today. NX 450h+ Takumi ordered on 21/1/22, delivery date of week 3 in June 2022. System now showing delivery estimated for July 2022.

Seeing all the updated delivery dates has me wondering. The car that I ordered in mid-January is still not showing in the app. Spoke to dealer who confirms that the order went through. So my query is how your dealer updates you regarding new delivery dates. Does your dealer update you and, if so, how often? Is it by phone or email? If I haven't heard anything does that mean my delivery date hasn't changed? Surely I don't have to keep contacting the dealer for updates (they pitch their vehicles as luxury, so I shouldn't have to be constantly chasing them!)? What is everybody else's experience?

I ordered a Land Rover Discovery Sport in August 21. Even then, the top tech features weren't available, due to the chip shortages. Initially given a delivery time of 5-7 months, then 7-9 months (this was for a plug-in hybrid that they were prioritising). I checked with my dealer in January to be told that the spec had been reduced even more, there was no indication when delivery would be; they couldn't even guarantee that I would get the car! So, no idea when I would get it, if I would get it or what the final spec would be. I cancelled the order and ordered an NX 450h+ Takumi with an estimate of May/June delivery (August at latest), full spec available. Delivery estimate has not changed. The Discovery Sport owners forum is in near melt-down with orders being cancelled by the dealers, no-one has a clue when they are getting their cars and what the final spec will be.
