And as predicted I ended up achieving 45 miles today from the above guess. I'm wondering if it's my driving style that leaks so many miles? But it took me 1 hour to travel 6.1 miles this morning at rush hour going in to Leeds. Then I had 2.2 mile and 3.3 mile journeys in moderate traffic at 20/30 mph. Followed by 9.2 miles including a 60 mph blast up a hill on a dual carriageway, then 4.3 miles in rush hour in Bradford, followed by an 11.4 mile ride home to finish at 8pm leaving a range of 8.5 left. Tonight's charge has resulted in a guess of 57.3/55. Tomorrow I'll be doing approx. 15 miles on motorway then 4 or 5 to my destination and back. Let's see what I've got left when I get home after 30 miles at 70mph. -
Malcolm My guesstimate today is 57.3/53.8 which looks impressive, but I'm regularly losing 6-8 of those lower a/c miles when driving. If you only lose 1 or 2 our actuals will be very similar.

Tonight I've got 56.7/53.9 once again a marked difference, likely due to me messing with the settings.

And I'm always messing about with stuff!! Sometimes air con on, sometimes off and sunroof open. Vented seats on different fan settings. I like to keep the software guessing!! 😁

56.5/53.1 a bit of a bigger difference with & without AC tonight. Could be because I've had the AC on high and the ventilated seats on the last few days.

I've gone from 2.4 m/kw in winter to 3.3m/kw now. I've a feeling last summer it went as high as 3.5 but I could be mistaken.

Last couple of days have resulted in 43 miles covered. This includes a 10 or so mile dash at 60/70 on Motorway. Tonight's guess is 55.4/54.3

Well, I ended up completing 44 miles against the above "guess". I haven't had to sit as long in Leeds City Centre traffic the last couple of days and today have had a mix of Motorway and normal roads. This afternoon's new guess is 55.4/54.3

From the last charge I got a very disappointing 39 miles - not sure where I lost 15 miles? It's possible that it is due to lots of traffic queues around Leeds and having air con on for longer. Tonight's guess is 55.2/54.1

Even more impressive tonight Ken! 55.1/54.5, this should last me at least two days - let's see how far I get?

I was disappointed to only get 44 miles (38 driven & 6 remaining) before topping up tonight. Approx. 10 miles of this was in very slow moving traffic, so I wonder if that has a negative effect? Tonight's new guesstimate is 54.7/53.6 - the highest so far this year.

As above, I charged up on 21st evening and have used most of this over the last two days. I had done 33 miles and had an indicated range remaining of 16, so a total of 49 against the above. Tonight's charge has resulted in these figures: 54.4/52.8

Today, I've done 13 miles and range now showing 39, so the estimate was about right. Re-charged and tonight's estimate is 53.4/52.4

I agree Malcolm Although I have participated a couple of times with figures, I have a dumb charger so it doesn't report on actual Kwh taken on in a charge, so I have to make an educated guess. Looking back I got my car 1/3/2022 and filled up with petrol on that day, I didn't need to put petrol in again until mid August due to many of my trips being local. Couple this with a free (£30 admin cost) parking pass for Leeds City Centre (cheapest all day parking at least £8) then I feel like I've been getting a good deal. To be fair, I've had to put petrol in more regularly (every couple of months) during the winter as my car usage has changed, but still, I'm pleased with how it works for me. I am gutted though that the parking permit runs out tomorrow and due to 'budget constraints' Leeds Council won't be renewing them!!

I've done 56 miles today - 15 on M62 when I forced the ICE to start, so real world 41 against 48 estimate.

Tonight I've got 51/48. Maybe its a degree warmer 200 miles South, Ken? I doubt I'll achieve this though as I've got a couple of motorway dashes in my day tomorrow - I might switch to petrol for those bits and see how I go.

Kick sensor not working

Does it beep at you when you do it? Have you tried the 'kick - step back' move. Sometimes mine won't open because it senses I'm stood in the way.
