I've only ever had a problem once - and that was on my Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. I'm on my second 450h+ without issue. I've left it for 2 weeks to go on holiday and had no issues. Because of the issue I had with the Mitsi I bought a jump start booster pack which is only the size of a large mobile phone but haven't used it. I do charge this up before I go away and always leave the car with about 50% charge in the traction battery when parking it for an extended period.

Just charged mine now and app is showing 56.5/53.2 although last actual was ~40 miles on a mix of roads including some motorway.

Hi Andy, I might be telling you something you already know/have done, so my apologies if this is the case! One or two of us on here have had success getting the tyres changed from our local Lexus dealer. Might not be the cheapest but they've had them in stock when needed. Alan Thompson (No relation! ) 😁

I have an NX450h+ with 20" Bridgestone RFTs and I can't say I've noticed excessive road noise. There is one simple (and free) solution. Turn the music up!

In Feb 2024 I paid £296 (no haggling or Lexus Forum Discount - I just needed a tyre!) from my Lexus Dealer. This was for a direct replacement Bridgestone Alenza RFT. I'd taken out Tyre & Alloy insurance at the time of buying the car, so claimed £250 back which was a simple process.

I've just dug out my service plan documentation for the new NX I bought 15 March 2024. It's for I/F/I and 1 x MOT Cost of £1244.85 which is the actual current costs of the above service schedule & MOT (thanks Ronnie). So I'm locking in today's prices for the first 3 years

With the 3 year service plan you are also likely to get the first MOT included - is that about £60 these days?

Hi Ken Mine recorded one of two journeys yesterday and the same again today!

I am now on my second NX450h+ Premium Plus. I've not had any issues with the 12v battery and I don't put it in ready when loading or anything else. Having had a problem with the 12v battery when I had a Mitsubishi Outlander Phev I bought and still carry a power pack. So far in nearly 2.5 years I've not had to use it. Note to self - must give it a charge 😁 On tyres, I was grateful for the run flat when I had a puncture on my way to visit my Dad in palliative care in hospital - it meant I didn't have to get dirty changing the tyre, or hang about for the roadside assistance, as time was of the essence that day! The next day I took the car to Lexus Leeds and they fitted a new tyre from stock. The original wasn't repairable. This was Feb '24. In April I had a puncture (on the new car) and I got that repaired at my local tyre place. I've taken out the Lexus Tyre & Alloy insurance on both cars and it has been an easy claim process (but read & followed the instructions before getting the tyre changed/repaired!)

Mine was about £350 and covers a number of replacement tyres (if irrepairable), punctures and alloy refurb if damaged. Max claim per tyre is £250 and maybe if I'd had time to shop around I could have got one fitted nearer that price.

I agree Ken. I think we were living parallel lives at the time of these issues. 😁 Lexus Leeds were very good at dealing with them and i always had a loan car if I didn't want to wait or it was an all day job.
