  1. Might be worth trying a couple of the Lexus dealers - potentially easier than a private sale, if they'll give you a number you're happy with. From my point of view I didn't have the time or inclination to sell privately and I got a £ number I was happy with. Still sorry to see it go though. Good luck with it - hope you get a good price.
  2. Might want to take a look at this one - was mine but sadly the thirst combined with fuel prices and a more frequent 30 odd mile commute was getting a little much. https://usedcars.lexus.co.uk/en/used-lexus/Lexus/Rc-F-Coupe/500-50-2dr-Auto-kmcxg3a Similar age and mileage to yours, has TVD and the Levinson stereo - on with Swindon at £33,555. Reading have one with 62k on the clock for £29,990. https://usedcars.lexus.co.uk/en/used-lexus/Lexus/Rc-F-Coupe/500-50-2dr-Auto-With-Mark-Levinson-and-TVD-r1cvpp4 Interestingly, the Reading one is pretty much as cheap as they get on Autotrader currently - ignoring a CAT N one. All stuff you have already seen I'm sure, does yours have the TVD?
  3. It's not by any chance at Sainsbury's that you have the issue with the nozzle angle is it? That's where I can recall it happening with my RCF. And I know it's 97 octane before anyone says... Do try to keep it treated properly with 99 usually.
  4. Same issue with the ACC, will have to try the wiper settings, normally have it on auto and the ACC will switch off in rain. Can't recall having a similar issue with my 2017 Golf, and although reluctant to say it, I think the ACC on that was superior to my RCF.
  5. And just fits a 2.5m length of drainpipe... Can almost pretend it is practical!
  6. Not the best photo, but from the dealer's details. I had the black carbon wrap removed so it's in the original white.
  7. F-Sport white with red leather, just what happened to come up. Does look good, just rather filthy right now.
  8. Thanks, it's probably in need of a clean before I take photos...
  9. Hi all - have been reading the forums for a while, was looking for an IS F, but ended up buying an RC F in February.. Very pleased so far, aside from super unleaded shooting up in price. Thanks for all the helpful advice and interesting posts.
  10. Michelin Pilot Sport 4S are £247.69, so agreed not cheap, until you compare them to the Soto Zeros... 🙂
  11. Painfully £320 a tyre for the RCF's rears at National though... Cheaper than bending it admittedly... Well, probably.
  12. Hi VFR - thanks, I think you're quite right about an all season probably being a good compromise and preferable given winters are rarely constantly cold. Unfortunately, as NemisisUK says, Michelin don't appear a 275 35 19 tyre in the Cross Climates nor do Continental in the AllSeasonContact - although they do a 40. I'm not sure how unusual the RCF's tyre sizes are?

      Thanks, will do.

  14. Hi - fellow RCF owner and find the Michelin Super Sports a little, touchy perhaps, in the cold. Have been looking for winter or all season tyres, living in Wiltshire, snow probably isn't a frequent concern, so mainly for cold, wet and icey mornings. Seems to be a limited number of options for the RCF tire sizes, on Blackcircles can only see Kumho WinterCraft WP71 (Winter Tyre) which seem cheap (compared to Michelin SuperSports or PS4Ss) at £144.50 for the rears or Vredestein Wintrac Pro (Winter Tyre). Does anyone have any experience of these or any other recommendations for tyres - and the best sources for them please? I've also raised the query with Lexus and will advise on what I get back. Thanks in advance.
