    Brand new Denso £ 180??? Don't think so. Online fake Denso I wouldn't trust anything online. A good quality recon 1 cost me over £300 from Moterfactor.

    carbon build-up in the cats is what kills them when you do short runs and not warming the engine fully it causes unburnt fuel to reach the cats which causes damage as well. Redx helps to clean the carbon away. I use Redx every couple of months put a full 2 shot bottle in and fill up and go for a good fast run an Italian tuneup as it's called. I get the Redx in Tescos they often have it on offer its dear in other places

    I think mine is original apart from new pipes welded in between the first and second cats. The egg smell is coming from the cats. I run mine on BP Super, use Red-x often, and never get the egg smell... uer

    My first cars were not provided with alarms and fancy electronic locking by the makers you had to fit your own after-market alarms and immobilizers back then. They had simple locks and were easy to steal and the makers didn't want to know. I still use a Disclock on the steering wheel as a visible deterrent...

    I think Volvo and some other makers had the right idea, their cars even years ago had side and tail lights come on as soon as they started...

    The ones that come around corners knowing you are coming the other way yet wait for the auto dip to kick in and totally blind me before they dip. I've started keeping my beam on when I see them coming now to see how they like it... Seen that too, behind one that uses DLR at night and has no rear lights. Why car makers thought it was a good idea to not have tail lights on with them is beyond me...

    It seems to be newer cars that have very bright led headlights that blind me on dark b roads. I live in the country and mostly drive on these types of roads. I'm getting to the stage that I hate driving in the dark and it doesn't help that it gets dark at 4 pm here in winter...

    Older is better and less complicated. like normal lights that don't blind everyone coming the other way instead of LEDs that cost an arm and a leg when they blow. I will keep my older one until something serious goes wrong...

    10% is double 5% which means E10 has double the amount of ethanol which is a big difference. if you do the maths...

    The ethanol will absorb more water in winter ...I use E5 super all year round...

    I know 1 person died from it but any flu would have killed him as he had underlying health problems... People have always died from flu it was just not advertised as much...

    It was a bad area I had to park in and its never happened anywhere else... I always check she is locked and use a steering wheel disc lock... I thought once the door was open you just press the button and she starts... that's what mine does...

    I thought thieves had scanners that just fired codes at the car till it opened, then there in and away in seconds... Jammers that stop your car from locking, this happened to me twice in the same carpark only I noticed she was not locked because I always check that my car is locked before I walk off... This has never happened anywhere else...

    All modern cars with keyless locking are easy to steal electronically...

    I use a medium on mine it's a lose fit but not lose enough to come off... But my wheel is probably a different size being a older model...
