  1. Spotted an IS in Aztec Fire (W or X reg, can't remember) at about 9:30 on Saturday morning, car was heading down through Treorchy. Driver had a "seventies porn star" moustache. Was it you?
  2. Welcome to LOC! The RX330 isn't available over here (we get the RX300), although some of the stuff will be similar you may get more useful info from the US LOC forums instead. Click here to go there.
  3. http://www.pepipoo.com/ Lots of info in the forums.
  4. oh yeeeh forgot about that one. cant beat phil ***** transitions can ya. ← What's the *****'d out word here? Silvers? Spector? Donohue? Collins? Cool? McCavity?
  5. Spotted this on the Toyota Owners' Club site... Link Young offenders stripped an Aygo to pieces in just five hours - and Toyota have been training them!
  6. There are new motherboards out which take Pentium 4M (laptop) chips, knocking a BIG chunk off the power consumption (about 20 watts, compared to around 100 watts for a Pentium 4). The Athlon64 is very efficient, too, drawing around 30 watts. Lower power consumption = quieter, cooler running and less drain on the car's electrical system.
  7. Sudoku Puzzler (requires .Net framework) - click here...
  8. £1,700 included:- VAT Fitting The system itself The tank A full tank The Flashlube kit (and fitting) A spare bottle of Flashlube Free servicing for as long as I own the vehicle (don't know how many garages offer this, but Phil Price Rallying (a.k.a. Phil Price Autogas) does). Took a bit of tweaking (it initially kept kicking back to petrol above 4,000rpm, also the engine light came on on three occasions) but seems happy now (no issues driving to Weymouth and back last week). Rough estimate: it'll pay for itself in 17,000 miles.
  9. For those who are going to the Weymouth meet and want something to eat, the Fish & Fritz chippy on Market Street is an award-winner. Ate there last weekend, cracking chips (and I'm REALLY fussy about chips). If pub grub is what you're after, cross the harbour bridge, turn left and head for the Old Rooms Inn.
  10. Just had my Mk.2 GS300 converted for £1,700 inc. VAT. Romano Sequential Vapour Injection system fitted together with Flashlube valve saver kit. Pics coming soon. Here's who I initially got in touch with. Here's who fitted the system (and who's now considering ditching his BMW for a Lexus). Topped up my tank at 36.9p/litre this evening on my way back from Weymouth, 195 miles of motoring for nineteen quid.
  11. First time I've tried this, I usually host them on my website and link to them instead. There's a File Attachments option at the bottom of the Post/Reply screen. Browse for your image (I've used the logo of my sister's old show-band as an example, 'cos it was on my desktop), then click Add This Attachment to add it to your post. Once done, click the Add into Post button to add it in, like this:-
  12. Get CCTV, Mike. I've got a PC running 24 hours a day, recording three cameras to hard disk. Fourth camera (a pan/tilt/zoom speed-dome I had off eBay) to be added as soon as I can find the adaptor cable for my RS485 card. The cops have seen footage from me twice now. Once when some clown nicked the flowerpots from next door, drove off and abandoned the car outside my house (yes that's right, TWO CAR LENGTHS from where they nicked the pots) and once when they tried the handles on my Rover (and the handle on my back door). Cops love CCTV! (In the avatar on the left, the car is within view of TWO cameras).
