  1. One suggestion ref voice commands especially for the sat nav, I found the Lexus very unsatisfactory, but that may have improved on your edition. Otherwise plug in your phone and use Hey Google, much more reliable in my experience.
  2. Welcome Paul, Or you could try to ask nicely the dealership if they could provide them complementary as a gesture of good will in exchange of you being a faithful customer, best of luck!
  3. Yes I would be happy with 500 miles in real world, too. Not much difference with the RZ300e and having tried my NX, I wouldn't change manufacturer, even with all the software problems. Have to be patient and wait another couple of years, hopefully meanwhile there will be more chargers, lower prices and with a bit of luck the new longer range batteries from Toyota/ Lexus. It has to come sooner or later. Cheers!
  4. Does anyone know if there is in the pipeline a new Lexus electric suv similar to the RZ but with a decent range as in the new rumored 620miles Toyota battery? Thanks.
  5. Good morning M, I haven't driven a 2020 nx, but I now drive a 2022 nx which I understand is a big improvement to the previous version. If you can stretch your budget, you could test drive one at the dealer and judge for yourself. A bigger and more comfortable car than your Q3 but maybe not as quick? Excellent service from Lexus. Let us know and good luck.
  6. You beat me by 3 years, but sadly no black belt other than my leather one!🤣🤣
  7. 😃 when I get something FOC , couldn't really ask for a receipt! I did ask for details but the mechanic had already left. Having read Bridgestone policy, I feel at ease. How many levels of cynicism are there?
  8. Yes that make sense for my Bridgestones, must have been an easy repair as I didn't have a completely flat and didn't damage the walls. Lucky me!
  9. 👍👍🙏🏻🙏🏻
  10. It must have been a slow puncture, the low pressure warning came on but the steering felt fine and a visual check seemed okay till the tyre got cold so it could have been a small easy repair, but wandering how they repair it. To change all 4 tyres would be quite painful as I have only done 15ks
  11. Thanks Len, the reason why I asked is because last week I had a puncture and to my pleasant surprise, when I went to kwick fit they repaired it free of charge, when I asked what caused it, the one that repaired it had already left, so I am wondering how they repair a Ran flat.
  12. Do run flats have a tube? Thanks.
  13. I had a Q5 for 9 years (2013 to 2022) and an X5 for 10 years before that, I had no technical issues. When I wanted to replace the Q5 I went to Audi Guildford to look at another Q5 but it only came with black interior (which I don't like) so I asked what happens if you don't like black? The answer was, you don't have to buy it! So I didn't. I had a look at Mercedes and they were similarly arrogant, walked further on to Lexus and was very refreshing, polite, helpful and a choice of colours! The main difference I found in my 450h is so much quieter and much more comfortable seats, very happy with the quality and performance, except the troublesome software! I would find it very difficult to go back to anything else.
  14. Hi Malcolm, Do you mean (2years) every 2 years or 2 services (1 x year)? I believe has to be a yearly service to maintain the warranty.
