  1. Hi Jean I purchased my GSF from dealership in Cheltenham and purchased service plan from my preferred dealer in Canterbury, no reason to worry
  2. A2 Tyres Sittingbourne me ...always had good service in all the years I've used them
  3. I use two separate Lexus dealers and both use the Toyota workshops attached to the Toyota/Lexus sites as not all Lexus dealers have their own workshop...save for Maidstone (Marshals) when it was there which it shared with all the Marshal dealers (Hyundai, Maserati etc etc) never had issue with either as apparently they have Toyota techs who are also Lexus master techs .....end of the day its all Toyota and my warranty is kept intact for both my Hybrid and petrol V8.
  4. Smart chargers are reverse polarity protected ...they won't charge if wrongly connected.
  5. I guess provided you haven't driven far on it whilst flat there would be no reason to have it replaced, after all its the sidewalls that are designed to take the weight of the car the tread is like normal tyres.
  6. Pictures are up .....hope they're going to refurb the wheels 🛞 for the price they're asking !!
  7. Not sure I'd want to buy a car from a dealer who's name conjures up thoughts of a building site convenience 🤣
  8. Got mine when I took out membership of LOC
  9. Pictures are up and it's already reserved
  10. Both our GS300h and GS F tyres are set at 2.5 bar.
  11. Last year when I took my F in for the recall work I was given an RX as a courtesy car and the dealership had indeed deactivated the keyless entry facility via the fob due to having had one of their RX' stolen whilst a member of staff had it for a weekend. So maybe it's something all lexus vehicles have the ability to do.
  12. That reg sounds familiar 🤔, I'm sure that's been discussed on here at some time or another.
  13. That's just ridiculous !!! Are the tyres run flats as standard or is it a can of gunk and a compressor ?
  14. Sounds as though one of the plates within the battery could be at fault .....maybe at one stage the battery went flat and putting a load on it (starting up current draw) buckled a plate or two thus causing your issue.
  15. Maybe ask the dealer for clarification 🤔
  16. Check tyre wall for any signs of bulging as the side wall may have been damaged....I know from my experience just before last Christmas on my way to shopping centre on the M2. Car drove fine but upon further inspection in the cold light of day I spotted the tyre bulge .....£283 pounds later all was well on a six month old tyre
  17. Chase it up with Lexus Customer services maybe 🤔
  18. Must be a special, didn't think they come with 20's thought biggest size was 19" save for the RX and the like 🤔
  19. The car doesn't know its had an oil change, my guess is you took car in before the notification flagged up as it would against time/mileage parameters. The car now thinks it is time for oil change ....take it into dealer its a quick fix to reset, possibly has to be done by the OBD port.
  20. I take it you mean reserved for a certain number of days?
  21. Not any longer, looks like it's reservation time is up.
  22. Did you buy your car new ? Only asking, maybe it had been used by the motoring press TV shows (TG, YouTube and the like) prior to you taking ownership ?
