    Hi all Just seen Liverpool Lexus have a sonic silver GS-F 18 plate up for sale shade under £50k, guess values are on the up, WBAC offered me £29k for my 18 plate 300h up from £27500 a couple of weeks ago reflected in the dealer prices likewise (won't be selling the F or H I must add) what's going on!!!

    Fingers crossed you've got to the root cause, seems to be a lot of unrest regarding the E10 fuel and water content therein maybe the cars ecu has been trying to compensate to save damaging the engine if its detected poor quality fuel.

    If its cell failure the car wouldn't go into ready mode surely on start up as that's when admittedly small start up current is required and max demand as such is needed

    Surely the traction battery keeps the 12v topped up whilst car is active, agree that weird things happen on start up if auxiliary battery duff.

    True....the black interior doesn't do it for me either, like yourself I'm sold on the F red and the rose red is pretty classy imo

    Noco power pack works fine I've used one myself a couple of times nice to have a safety net in the glove box

    If I'm correct the relax warranty will come into play when the 3 Yr warranty runs out so although you had the vehicle serviced the original warranty may well have some time left to run then relax is triggered ....at least that was how it was explained to me from my dealer.

    Personally, I love my GS F because of its individuality and the fact it is a rare and not common sight, not bothered its not best of breed I'm not one for following the crowd from the numerous bavarian stables. My father had one of the first Toyota Celicas when they arrived on these shores many moons ago he didn't follow the crowd then either guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree eh! Good review 👍

    If they drop to 25K, never know due to their rarity and the V8 power plant buzz they just might appreciate in value as all electric cars take hold with their silent running .....who knows ?

    If you can hook it up to a C Tek charger and let it keep the battery topped up I've had to do it with my 2018 GS also can put it into recondition mode which worked wonders on my 12v battery
